- FFFred Fowler3 days ago5.0It seems that the car wash sliced my tire close to 8pm this past Friday. Put the doughnut on myself, drive home and found a 12:30 slot at BJs for a new tire purchase. I arrive at 12:00 and found only 1 worker and he promptly told me he couldn't take my appointment. I smiled .. Drove down the road to Mavis, with hope as my strategy..Elijah was at the desk, lifted his head, smiled and asked what can we do for you....The strategy worked. I did not really believe it would. But Mavis got me in and out within 2 hours. A walk-in, on a SATURDAY morning, out within 2 hours. Satisfied!! I don't think I need to write more. I am sure you can understand. I didn't get the guys name who did the work but I want to Thank him for ensuring that the car was clean and everything was in working order...Mavis..yeah that's right!

They helped me out. Other inspection center at pep boys did not honor my appointment I scheduled over a week before and told me to wait 2 weeks. Thanks Mavis Tire team!
- DBDavid BondMay 4, 20263.0Got a decent set of new tires with the promise of a manufacturers' rebate. They gave me a paper form, which was not current with the manufacturers' website. I got about 30% of the promised refund. Went in for a free tire rotation. Made an appointment on line but was told it would be an hour or an hour and a half. I offered to come back an hour later and still waited for 45 minutes before I gave up. Not sure what the point of an appointment was. Not a nice waiting area.

Four other places turned me away saying they couldn’t help me or the prices were sky high. The gentleman behind the counter named Elijah was phenomenal and worked through everything with me! Went out looked at my car and explained I needed all tires done (which is true) but understood at the moment I could only do the one. Literally had me in and out within less than an hour. Will be returning soon to replace my other three tires! Thank you guys so very much!!!
