  I’ve rented from Enterprise multiple times, including since 2022, so I was pretty surprised when I arrived to pick up my reserved truck and was told I was suddenly on a “Do Not Rent” list for an unpaid ~$300 balance from a Canadian rental in 2022. There was just one problem: it wasn’t me. After more than an hour and a half of phone calls with Enterprise corporate/risk management, it was determined that the debt belonged to a completely different Nolan who is a Canadian citizen. He had a different date of birth, different address, different email address, and was even two years younger than me. Somehow Enterprise had linked his account/debt to me anyway. The assistant manager did work with me to get it resolved and apologized, which I appreciate. My frustration is with Enterprise and the fact that this was allowed to happen in the first place. I had a reservation, had done nothing wrong, owed Enterprise nothing, and still spent over 90 minutes at the rental counter sorting out their mistake before I could get my truck. What really left a bad taste in my mouth was that after Enterprise incorrectly put me on a Do Not Rent list and significantly delayed my rental because of their own identity-matching error, there wasn't even an adjustment or discount offered on the rental. Mistakes happen, but falsely associating a customer with another person's debt despite multiple pieces of identifying information not matching is a pretty significant mistake. Making the customer absorb all of the inconvenience from that mistake without any meaningful attempt to make it right is disappointing.

  Enterprise did a fantastic job with a 26' box truck rental. I appreciated the review of the hydraulic lift and the vehicle was clean inside and out. Would definitely use again!

  Booked reservation, sent me the confirmation. I confirmed with my client. We were all set and they called me and told me we didn’t have any trucks available, call back to complain and they just suggested I call the retail area manager to see what they can offer me so not only did I not get the truck I had a checklist of additional work I had to do to make it right, no thanks.

  Pick up and drop off was extremely easy and quick. Ivan H did a great job explaining what we needed to know about the truck (e.g. D ring locations, gas location, how to open gas port, height of the truck and where it would fit and not fit like a drive thru). Truck was clean, drove well and got good mileage 19 mpg, and held all our stuff. Work light in truck was very helpful when loading and unloading. Unlimited mileage sealed the deal! Will definitely use Enterprise again!!
