  When I rented the car from Enterprise the car was not wash to start, the inside was not Vacuum, and the smell of nicotine was really bad. Had to keep the windows open. They put one of those little threes and it maid it even worse. I can’t recommend to rent from them.

  Lucius was very helpful and knowledgeable when we rented our vehicle. He was very kind until the end when we returned the Hyundai palisade vehicle we rented.

  First time renting from Enterprise in Hempstead. Customer service was friendly and got mexon my way quickly.

  When someone hit my car and I needed a loaner I went to enterprise. They are fantastic. Very professional, helpful, and kind. I had a seamless experience obtaining a rental through insurance and swapping it out when the loaner got a flat. I highly recommend this location.

  Excellent excellent customer service. Greeted beautifully as we walked in from being frustrated at another location. In and out service. Store manager was apathetic about other location’s behavior, even at drop off. Highly recommend.
