  This Autozone has the laziest people in the universe. They just stand around wasting time, and that long line of people... it's the worst place that exists.

  came in to buy battery for my key fob. young lady was helpful, but then she decided to open the key. I already knew what battery I needed, but I just wanted to make sure I 100% had the right one. She struggled to open the key fob and then the manager (I assume) told me to open the key fob on my own and she gave me the key fob and flathead. I asked her why and then she said that “they didn’t want to be responsible for it.” Seems a little unprofessional to give a customer a flathead and tell them to open their key fob. Learn the keys and learn the batteries that they need so you can better assist your customers.
