  Ok this shop on camp road honestly tried to scam me twice and I’m not proud to say they got me once. The first time they told me that to get my lug nuts were too tight, and to get my tires off they would need to break my lug nuts. And it would cost $250. I went to Reid’s in west Seneca and it cost me 75 for the job not $250. The second time after getting my tires rotated they offered to inspect my car for an additional charge. They then went on to charge me and not inspect my car. A few months later I got pulled over and warned that my car wasn’t inspected. I called Monroe hoping they only forgot the sticker and still did the job. They did not. Don’t give them your business.

  I had to come here a few days ago to get my car inspected because the dunkirk locations machine was down. Now i had already fixed all of the issues that made my car fail the first time. So I know my car will pass this time, however the people here told me that now my Left outer tie rod is loose and a rear coil spring is cracked. Which doesnt make any sense because my car hasn't even drive 50 miles since it was last inspected/fixed. Also i asked the guy to call the dunkirk office to prove i fixed everything that was wrong because the picture i took of the paperwork wasnt enough proof and got told it doesnt matter now these things need to get fixed. I was offered to be shown what they saw but i was never ACTUALLY shown what was wrong instead i was met with an attitude by the mechanic and I ended up taking my car to a different auto shop and they checked the left outer tie rod and both rear coil springs and told me they were fine and my car passed inspection. DO NOT go here for an inspection all they do is try to get as much money as they can from you!! Me, my gf, and a friend fixed my car by ourselves. Please just go get a second opinion on what there telling you is wrong!!

  My family and I ran into some car troubles on a road trip. We were several hours from our destination and we were able to get seen right away. The staff were friendly and professional. We were worried we were going to lose a day from our trip, but they did a great job of getting us back on the road at a very reasonable price. I can't say enough good things about this shop. John, the store manager provided amazing customer service and even engaged with our little ones. This type of service you do not see everyday. Thank you John and the rest of your staff! We greatly appreciate the work you put in to get us back on our way.

  Had an appointment at 10 am for a front end alignment. Confirmed via text from Monro. Arrived on time, guy behind the counter shrugged and said "can't take you until 2 pm". How many ways can you spell incompetent? Good luck with these clowns
