  Brought my vehicle in thinking I needed maintenance done to it. And the mechanic told me I actually didn't need the work done that I thought I did. Rare to find an honest mechanic like that

  Both workers were very professional and realistic with time frames, monro needs to stop using off-site resources booking on the phone or online because those sources overbook jobs when the location does not have the staffing to handle, thus making customers do negative reviews / customer altercation. I doubt monro cares about their staff hence doing that type of "booking" they just want number stats and money while overworking their employees. But as I stated even with this work condition both employees were upbeat and constantly working to try to get as much done.

  Fred and George (I hope I got their names right, one of them said he just started there the other day at that location) were FANTASTIC. I had big plans for the day and my car's brakes wound up being totally shot, they fixed them in a matter of hours and saved the day! Two A+++ employees!

  Im giving my experience 2 stars. The stars are for the employees. They were friendly and had alot of patience. The reason im not giving 5 stars is because I took my car in and ended up having to replace my entire muffler system, my back breaks and roaters done as well I had to pay almost $4500 for the job, which I know is already over priced, but as long as the work was done I was ok. But I left with my car after the work and 2 lights ended up showing up on my dashboard and when I drove the car it sounded like something was scraping or dragging. It made me very nervous to drive. I took it back yesterday to have them look at it to see what happened.... right now im still waiting. If they fix it properly and I have no more issues I will give more stars. ive already paid for the repairs so hopefully the figure it out.
