I had to come back here to change my review. The manager, fantastic, his crew? Straight out of middle school. Customer before me they scratched her windshield when they replaced her tires and then attempted to gaslight the poor girl into thinking she was mistaken, they didn't write up a report or update the manager on it. Then before I left, I was told my brakes were almost wore down to metal. I just replaced my rear brakes 2 months prior. I then wasted money getting them looked at by my hometown garage, and wildly they were practically brand new. Do not recommend this location to anyone in Hamburg, go to any of the other 3-5 tire replace shops nearby and not only save money, but get professional service. Please rethink who you have working for you here Monroe, and give that manager a raise for requiring his masters to teach middle school students in NYS as is the minimum requirement.

Josh and thadeuss..I dont care what anyone has said about other employees these 2 are Mavis discount tire. Between the service and hospitality these young men have brought a totally different Mavis experience to this location. I dont wanna go anywhere else for tires. They were so kind and got my front tires done in less than a hour, and I called to make a appointment that same hour. This isn't even my Google account I had to use someone else's bc I already left a review. just had to share that while Josh and thaddeus are there you know you're gonna be taken care of. I hope these young men are high up bc they really deserve it, if all employees representing a company acted like they do the world would be a better place.

Ok this shop on camp road honestly tried to scam me twice and I’m not proud to say they got me once. The first time they told me that to get my lug nuts were too tight, and to get my tires off they would need to break my lug nuts. And it would cost $250. I went to Reid’s in west Seneca and it cost me 75 for the job not $250. The second time after getting my tires rotated they offered to inspect my car for an additional charge. They then went on to charge me and not inspect my car. A few months later I got pulled over and warned that my car wasn’t inspected. I called Monroe hoping they only forgot the sticker and still did the job. They did not. Don’t give them your business.

I had to come here a few days ago to get my car inspected because the dunkirk locations machine was down. Now i had already fixed all of the issues that made my car fail the first time. So I know my car will pass this time, however the people here told me that now my Left outer tie rod is loose and a rear coil spring is cracked. Which doesnt make any sense because my car hasn't even drive 50 miles since it was last inspected/fixed. Also i asked the guy to call the dunkirk office to prove i fixed everything that was wrong because the picture i took of the paperwork wasnt enough proof and got told it doesnt matter now these things need to get fixed. I was offered to be shown what they saw but i was never ACTUALLY shown what was wrong instead i was met with an attitude by the mechanic and I ended up taking my car to a different auto shop and they checked the left outer tie rod and both rear coil springs and told me they were fine and my car passed inspection. DO NOT go here for an inspection all they do is try to get as much money as they can from you!! Me, my gf, and a friend fixed my car by ourselves. Please just go get a second opinion on what there telling you is wrong!!
