- ENEugene NegrinMay 6, 20265.0My vehicle’s right front tire had a sidewall rip that necessitated being flatbedded to the Mavis Store at 5363 SW Blvd in Hamburg, NY. At that point, I was over 300 miles from home. I called the Retail Mgr Nick at 5pm on Tuesday. He could not have been more professional and helpful. Nick located two of my special size premium tires in Wash DC and promised that they would be at his location at 8:15 the next morning. He called me at 8am Wednesday morning to confirm the tires had been delivered. When I arrived at the Mavis Shop, both he and Charlie, the Service Supervisor were great. They had me back on the road a couple of hours later. Kudos to Nick, Charlie and the very competent techs that worked on my vehicle. A very big THANK YOU!
