  I reserved a three row vehicle. Arrived at the location ,and right off the bat, no one was willing to come from their side table to the front desk. Three young individuals sat off to the side and spoke to my husband and I from afar. Would not make eye contact with us. Spoke to us while filling out their own paperwork and couldn’t be bothered to look up at us. Said they didn’t have a vehicle after all. Asked for next size down. Not available. Said, I will take any vehicle. They said they didn’t have one. I said to be clear you do not have a single vehicle available for rent at this rental car facility. They said yes. I left without a rental and was unable to make my appointment in time because of it. I will never return to the camp road location again. Poor customer service is an understatement. Not low inventory but NO inventory. If I was the manager I would rethink my staffing situation and if that was the manager, shame on you.

  Iv never once gotten the vehicle type that I order from them. I’ll book a luxury suv and be given a sedan and told “that’s all we have”. It’s happened 3 times now and I won’t be going back

  Highly recommend this location in Hamburg NY! Customer service is A+++ we needed something quick and they were there for us. Will definitely be a future customer of this location💫🌟 They gave us an upgrade at no extra charge because what we reserved was not available. My hubby was a very happy customer!
