  Busy for pick up but everyone working was polite, professional, and knowledgeable. Drop off was easy and quick! Definitely recommend!!

  I went to enterprise in Dunkirk and they didn't even have any cars, they said it would cost me over $750. If they had it. I booked with the Hamburg office, picked up the car wensday night. The car was ready when I got there. The nicest people, showed me how to use it ,(I've never been in a new ride). Had it for a week and there was no problems. Thank you

  Rented a vehicle from this location. Staff was super helpful and friendly. Got into a nice clean vehicle and it was a very quick process. Highly recommend this location!

  Will always recommend this branch for your rental. Needed a rental for 30 days. Was warmly greeted by Lou Oliveri, branch manager when I entered the facility. The vehicle was ready and very clean inside and out. Returning the vehicle was just as easy as picking it up. The young lady associate handling the check out was very courteous, friendly and prompt. Thank you for a pleasant experience.
