  We had a fantastic experience buying a used RV from Camping World in Hamburg, NY! We found the RV online and traveled from Virginia to NY to pick it up. Mike Robinson was so helpful walking us through the purchase and making sure we knew exactly what we were purchasing before making the 6 hour drive. His integrity is outstanding. Sean in the service department was also excellent. He made sure they left nothing unchecked and made sure we were well taken care of before we pulled away with our fun camper. We would definitely drive all the way to this camping world again. Knowing we are working with people we can trust is worth the extra time and miles. Thank you Camping World Hamburg, NY!

  I seriously don't know how this place stays in business. You can never get ahold of ANYONE after the sale! The receptionist will send you to voice mail but no one EVER returns your call. I have spend days trying to get the status on a motorhome I purchased calling 4 different people leaving voice mail for each of them and sending emails daily. I call corporate, It doesn't matter NO ONE will return calls. I was an out of state customer living almost 5 hours away. I had an appointment to pick up a motorhome at noon on a Saturday. They didn't even start prepping the unit until I arrived then told me it needed 2 new tires on the front. I waited 5 hours for them to replace 2 tires. Then I left and literally drive it 1500 feet down the road and the tire they just spent 5 hours putting on blew. They then agreed to replace the tire again, compensate me for my wasted time and deliver it to my house. I spent the next 10 days trying to get my motorhome delivered, calling every day to find out where it was at. Of course no one ever calls back. When it did show up at my house it was completely empty of diesel and DEF and I was never compensated for my time as they said I would be. I had drive to town with a diesel can just to get enough fuel in it to drive it to town which is only 10 miles away. The also told me to bring over $6000 for sales tax which they couldn't do anything with. They were suppose to issue me a refund 2 days later. It took 12 days to get that back. Called every day to find out where my $6000 was, but of course no one ever returned my calls. What a way to do business!

  Called at least 4 times left message to get trailer in for inspection and work on my heater. They never called back! So on our way to next site we went there plugged in! No electic there anymore . Emptied refrig( were fultime) brought food to a friends) put work order in on April 29th,now its may 9th and they haven't touched it. We are going somewhere else! No more campworld! We have been customers for 7 years! Managers change so much too!! Doug was great,but he's gone now!

  Completely unprofessional! I call there and get no return call at all. I even went there and its always knowone from service is there they left for the day. Or I can transfer you to voice mail lol does no good either. Do yourself a favor and do NOT buy anything from them they're a joke. Oh did I forget to mention they had my Camper since October it is now May. They've had it longer then I've owned it.

  To many different people we had to work with, spoke with 7 different people about our purchase. $500 walk through fee. No manuals came with the unit. Gave them 2 weeks to get the unit ready and went to pick it up it was not ready. Very difficult to speak with anyone afterwards regarding canceling some insurance. First price quoted was $2000 less than final price, salesperson said they looked at the wrong price.
