  We were from out of town, attending a graduation for the wknd. We were told when we bought our car, they were new tires, but the car started shimmering really bad. We stopped at Monroe, and when they had time, they put it on the lift, and the tires were worn and breaking. Chris Simpson, store manager was very honest and kind to us, and very fair. We bought 4 new tires, and the car then drove great. I would definitely go back to this store again, and would certainly deal with Chris Simpson. My son in law was going to send him a pizza for being so nice, I hope he did. We are seniors, and appreciated his thoughtfulness.

  SCAM! Go anywhere else! They lie about how long jobs will take and don’t do ALL jobs they quote for. 8:30 appointment with a 2 hour job confirmed at drop off. It is now 1pm and they are just starting the car. Horrible customer service and lots of lies. Apportionments over walk ins are clearly not a thing at this location. Will be reaching out to corporate.

  Made an apt for 8:30am… was told 1.5-2 hours…. Called to check at the 2 hour mark and they hadn’t even started my car. WHY DID I MAKE AN APT THEN?! it has been 5+ hours and my car still isn’t done.

  Took my car for an inspection, and although it did take a couple of hours (in fairness there were just two mechanics and there were a bunch of cars in front), the guy up front was super polite and got it done pretty quickly when I showed up. I like honest mechanics and these guys definitely seem like that. Too bad they don't do body work. :( with new wipers and inspection, it cost me around $40.
