  This place has become terrible. I came in and asked for a complete quote on changing 4 tires. They gave me a printed estimate. When I brought the car a few days later and came to pick up the car after tires were changed they charged me an additional $150 and claimed that alignment was not included in my initial estimate. I really don’t appreciate the lack of transparency and they really tried to cheat you out of your hard earned money. On top of that when I brought the car, they told me it was going to be an hour to an hour and a half wait time and instead they kept my car for three hours. If I knew it was going to be three hours I would’ve made arrangements to drop it off instead of having to wait there and waste three hours of my time.

  Stopped here an a trip with a flat tire, they gave it to us how it was, and even though they were clearly busy with all bays full and more vehicles being dropped off, it only took about an hour which is what they said it would be when we got there. They had fair prices for a tire shop as well The only extra thing they mentioned was something we already knew was going to need serviced soon, very happy with the service and pricing especially since we were half way across the country from home.

  The staff was courteous and helpful in setting up the appointment and work to be done. Work was done in a timely manner and seemed to be done correctly. The only minor shortcomings were I would have preferred a better explanation of the charges and would have liked a description of potential issues.

  Took my car to them for inspection. They got me in in no time. Very respectful about a small request I had. They even tried to joke around with me a little about the results (not my personal brand of humor, but I respect the attempt)
