I was recommended to come here for my car trouble, and I was so glad I did! They were able to fit me in for a same day appointment after work hours, which was so appreciated. I had a screw in my tire and Tony showed me the screw and explained why I would need a new tire instead of a patch. I appreciated the explanation and care for my vehicle. Tony also was able to do an oil change for me- all within 45 minutes. It was a wonderful, easy experience and will definitely be coming back here for my car needs in the future.

Hopefully they wont kill you next time with their shoddy service ! They may charge you for that too ! They forgot to put the radiator cover back, just closed the hood after diagnostics. The hood popped during drive. They just pretend nothing happened.

Avoid Monro!! My car left broken and they can't even handle an oil change. I brought my car in for an oil change and ended up also getting a brake replacement. When I picked it up, it was immediately clear that something was severely wrong with how the vehicle was running. I brought it back a day later. The staff acknowledged there was a clear issue, but admitted they had no idea what was wrong or how to fix it. They told me to take it to a dealership for a diagnosis and offered to make it right if the dealer confirmed it was their fault. While inspecting the vehicle, the dealership discovered a second, major problem: Monro had severely overfilled the oil. They estimated roughly 4 extra quarts in an engine that only holds 5 quarts. They likely added new oil without ever draining the old oil. An oil overfill can destroy oil pressure, blow out engine seals, and completely destroy an engine. So on top of leaving me with a broken car after their service, they committed a basic error that could destroy my engine. Save yourself the headache and go anywhere else.
