  Overpriced. Slow. This is no longer a local independent chain, it is part of Mavis. Had a nail in a tire, in the tread. Simple repair. Show up, struggle with woman at desk to get to where I think they can fix it. Customer comes in after me, needs a new tire. She has her new tire installed and mounted while I still wait. I guess not being sold garbage Mavis branded tires in my case is a bonus. Finally get my car back, after listening to the desk worker prove incompetence, and get charged $43 to plug a small nail hole....and the tire was underinflated, setting off the TPMS on the short drive home. Skip this disaster and find any other place, hell even a dealer would have been a better and less expensive experience.

  The front desk supervisor/reception clerk Glenn was very attentive and respectful. He gave his all to ensure that I received the assistance I needed as a person who was stranded in New York State. He helped me find a hotel that was nearby, and promised that my tires would be arriving at 1pm; moreover, the service was rendered before the time promised by Glenn, who works at the front desk. ___ Great service!!! I hope, I never have to experience a flat tire again, but if I do ... And it is in Glenn's vicinity, I will be more that happy to go to Adirondack Tire Service to have Glenn service my car tires. Super Tire Service!!!

  I brought my daughters Toyota Corolla in for a flat tire. I had used the manufacturer supplied tire repair kit to get her car to the shop. I didn't have an appointment but Glenn was able to have the mechanic look at the tire right away. I expected it to be from a nail or screw, but unfortunately was from dry rot. Glenn helped me work through the options to replace all 4 tires (it was time to replace them all) and was able to order them for instillation the next day. Very happy with my experience. Will use them in the future!

  Sarah was PHENOMENAL! I had called twice and spoken to employees not in the store who assured me a tire, that wasn’t in stock and the price made a difference. She explained everything to me and sympathized with how the misinformation inconvenienced me. 10/10 they made the decision right decision hiring her and I’ll be back 💚

  This place was fast and Great price. Sarah was Awesome sauce and was really helpful, she knew what I needed. She even recommended the services I needed and ones that would be a good option.
