- NPNolan PazinApr 17, 20261.0Do not use this company. They have no idea how to do a wheel alignment nor will they give you a printout of the specs. This should be a huge red flag! When I asked why they had charged me AND were sending me in my way when they didn't know how to put my vehicle in spec, they got very confrontational. They said they would refund me, but that was a lie as well. When I called to ask, they said, contrary to what was told to me two days ago, I need to waste time and gas to go back to that store. In other words, they expect me to spend more money on their incompetence!!! Unreal. Please learn from my mistake and find a reputable mechanic to do your work.
