  Never have i dealt with such terrible service in my entire life. I took my jeep wrangler here originally because i needed my backlight camera fixed. They then examined my car and told me i needed all new breaks and tires. I payed for all of it, and expected my car to be in brand new shape. My breaks have never squeaked before i brought them here. Never has been an issue. I now have had my breaks and rotors fixed here 3 different times. My car keeps screeching extremely loud when i break, and at first they told me that this was normal… I thought by going to a jeep dealership, they would use parts that were of quality. I learned slowly that they only use cheap parts. The first set of breaks put in, they apparently turned blue and were defected. Then my rotors apparently were shot again as well after just 3 weeks after bringing my car in. I do not feel safe in my car, and will not be using this dealership for any form of repairs, and i’ve unfortunately lost a lot of money paying for labor that only replaces cheap parts with even cheaper parts. They somehow keep finding something i need to “fix” And pay more for, when they can’t even fix the SIMPLE issue that i’m asking them to fix. My car did not sound like this prior, and i’m extremely frustrated that i’ve been dealing with this now for the last 5 months. If you need your car fixed, go to a real mechanic. Its sad because I now need my car fixed a fourth time, but i won’t be wasting my time here again.

  Had a car delivered to New York and was promised they would deliver both the car and the plates, yet now they are refusing to send me my plates unless I give them an extra $45 just a week before my temp plates expire. Crazy that I have to fight them to obtain the plates which are LEGALLY mine now that I’ve paid for the car. This is ridiculous and unlawful.
