  I had a wonderful experience working with Ingrid Newman at Jeep! She was professional, friendly, patient, and extremely helpful throughout the entire process. Ingrid took the time to answer all of my questions and made sure I felt comfortable and confident with my purchase. She made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. I truly appreciate her excellent customer service and would definitely recommend asking for Ingrid if you’re looking for a great sales representative at Jeep!   Honestly, I had a really good experience buying my car from East Hills Jeep, and a big part of that was Curtis Rose. He was friendly, patient, and actually listened to what I was looking for instead of just trying to make a sale. He answered all my questions, explained everything clearly, and made the whole process a lot easier than I expected. Buying a car can be stressful, but Curtis made me feel comfortable and never pressured me into anything. I felt like he genuinely wanted to help me find the right car and leave happy. If you’re thinking about getting a car, I’d definitely recommend stopping by East Hills Jeep and asking for Curtis. He made the experience easy, straightforward, and enjoyable. I’m really happy with my purchase!

  I have been frequenting this dealership for quite some time, and I have consistently had wonderful experiences. I originally purchased my Grand Cherokee from Ingrid and have continued to return for all of my maintenance needs. Ingrid has always been an absolute pleasure to work with. She is friendly, personable, and always takes the time to check in and keep me informed about new specials. She has the best smile and the nicest personality—Ingrid is truly amazing! The service advisors are also very friendly and professional. My latest experience with Jason G. was seamless. He listened to my needs, communicated clearly, and made sure everything was taken care of. I've always had a great experience with this dealership and truly appreciate the excellent customer service. I highly recommend them!

  Worse service Ive ever experienced this morning at East Hills Service Department. Brought Jeep in for pil change. Service person checking me in said price has gone up to $99. I explained that when I bought the vehicle in 2021, I bought it with a lifetime $59 synthetic oil change. Than about 2 years ago it wemt to $79. Now they want to charge me $99 and the service guy says its because of the economic conditions. First of all they had no problem selling me the vehicle with a lifetime oil change of $59 and they gladly took my money for the purchase of the vehicle. I was ok with it when it wemt up to $79 but to jeep raising it now with no notice either time to their customers whom they sold the vehicles to on fixed lifetime oil changes of $59 is ridiculous. I than asked to speak to the service manager and he arrogantly said you wanna speak to the service manager ok no problem. He walked outside the door and told the gentleman pull the car back around as its not getting serviced. He than walked back inside and never got me the service manager. That right there will never ever get me or my son in law and his family to ever come back there for service and nevermind buying a vehicle from them either.The way I was treated shows that, thats the eay things run there and its acceptable. I than even asked the person outside checking in cars for the service managers name and he said Rafael like if he could care less. Not even would you like to speak to him or is there anything I can help you with. I can honestly tell you that this Service Department was never like this up to like a year or 2 ago. In the past you used to go in there and the service manager would always greet you , speak to you about what you needed and even bring you your paperwork in the end before paying. Truly caring about the service they provided and their customers.

  James Cannone From service !!!!!!! The man !!! Solved a problem for me that another jeep dealer couldn’t figure out & I’m not mentioning any names. EAST HILLS JEEP is the real deal, everyone should be going here. Little back story I gotta 2026 Durango I purchased from another dealership in queens, came with a clunking sound coming from the front end since day 1, only 17 miles on the car, the dealer I bought it from kept saying they couldn’t duplicate the problem it’s normal lol, 3 seperate times I took it to them, they’re a joke! So I decided I go to another dealership get a second opinion. So I went with EAST HILLS made an appt with James, him and his team found the problem, ending up being a faulty steering rack, got my car back couple of days later and the sounds are gone and my truck is smooth as hell!! FREAKING AMAZING experience at EAST HILLS, never again will I ever go to another dealership & that’s because of James C, I can’t find the words to explain my gratitude and appreciation, I was losing sleep over this damn car!! Thank you again guys, EAST HILLS IS THE BEST !!! Thank you James ✊🏼💪🏻
