- BLBernadette LockamyeirApr 27, 20261.0The only good thing about this experience, was the fact that the technician when I picked my car up and the manager of the following day were so accommodating and nice. The manager promptly fixed my overcharge for tires being installed, when I only installed two but was charged for four. And even though I paid for my alignment, my car was not aligned as my steering wheel was still crooked in order for me to have to drive my car straight. The manager scheduled me an appointment the following week on Tuesday when their normal alignment guy was back in. Overall, the two staff members that I dealt with were amazing. But I’m incredibly disappointed with the service that I received, and the fact that the work was not checked for quality prior to being released to me stating the work was done. The manager refunded me for my tire installation for all tires. But that did not fix the issue of me having to drive on tires and incurred additional where because my car was not aligned properly, nor the additional time out of my workday to take it back to another appointment to get my alignment done properly.
