  Everyone there was extremely helpful and took great care of us. We needed the car as the result of an accident that put our car in the repair shop. We were given a Hyundai Tucson which was very similar in size to our Buick Encore. Had no problems at all with the car. If we need to rent a vehicle locally, we will definitely use Enterprise again. Location is very close to where we live which was another plus for us.

  Great experience, friendly helpful folks working there. Car was fantastic. Puckup and drop off couldn't have been easier.

  The rental car was not ready at the scheduled pickup time, which caused a significant delay. When I finally received the vehicle, it was not clean and did not appear to have been properly serviced or prepared for the next customer. I expected the car to be cleaned, inspected, and ready to go at my reserved pickup time. Overall, the experience was disappointing and did not meet the level of service I expected from Enterprise.

  My car was vandalized, my insurance gave me a reservation number and number to call. I did not have rental coverage, but my Insurance company tld me I would get a discount this way. Called at 9:40 following day. Talked to one person (call center) that told me they could not do anything -routed me to another person (turn need out to be another call center under different lable). Answered my questions, "sounded like" setting me up with a car, cost,where I was to go to pick car up. This person even set up a time for me to be picked up by Enterprise, to get car. The pick up time passed, when I called the direct phone number(?) to the specific location, I was told that according to thier computer I did NOT have a pick up time. In fact there were no cars available. NONE. my name and reservation number from insurance were in the computer. No other information was available. I was given another phone number to a different location. When I called-was told it was only a call center. This was start of several problems. 1) had a hard time finding my information. 2) was told it was wrong reservation number than the one Enterprise used. 3) did find my information, call center then proceeded to move my reservation number to the new location. Then was told a Expedited case dept (tuns out to be another call center) would call me back to arrange my car. 4) waited 3 1/2 + hours. Called the new location number. Was told they had NO information of me in computer. That I would have to call my insurance AGAIN to set up a new reservation. I had been dealing with this for 7 hours. Multiple repeating my circumstances, and what I was told. No HELP AT ALL. just kept being passed around. No USEFUL information given to ME so I could resolve it. I have rented cars before. That was in Era of TALKING TO PEOPLE -NOT CALL CENTERS Worse experience ever.
