- LHlaura hargroveOct 10, 20265.0We went to the store upset after noticing scuffs and scratches on out brand new Jeep, after being in the walmart parking lot. The manager Ron was sooo helpful! He even came out to the parking lot to look at our vehicle after recommending a solution. He explained exactly what we should do and told us that if this didn't work for us to come back or call the store and he would help us further. Well, thanks to Ron, we got home and used the products he recommended and sold to us and IT WORKED! We are so grateful that we went to this location/store and met Ron. He saved the day! He was super friendly and knowledgeable. Thank you thank you thank you!!!!
- BWBill WilliamsOct 2, 20261.0Went into the store with the old bottle of coolant just to make sure i replaced it with the same kind and I like to stick to the same brand just to be sure. Girl at the desk told me they didn't make that same kind anymore so I gave her the info on my car and she grabbed one that she said would be fine with the coolant already in my system. After looking at Google for 15 seconds in my car I was strongly advised not to mix the two separate types together so I go back in and return it. I decided to Google the exact type I had been using just to keep it consistent and it shows that they have 2 bottles in stock AT THIS SAME STORE. So I put an online order in for both of them and reenter the store a 3rd time. Shes baffled, has to call another employee over. This man literally searches every damn crevice of the store like spots that didnt even make sense, returns to the counter and says "we only have one if you want she can remove the second bottle from your order". This is fine with me (i was only going to get both because they were on clearance at like 2.15 a bottle). I run my card and she hands me a receipt with a charge on my card for 2.15. Cool. We leave the store. Coolant works. All is well. Half an hour later I look at the statement on my card and see that she somehow charged me 4.36 while handing me some kind of dummy receipt or something?? Not only like, why are working at a place like that if the ONLY suggestion you can make for me would have ruined my car, but charging for both while giving me one and ACTUALLY PRETENDING that you only charged me for one?? You are both inept at your job and just actually shady as a human being. Just to let whoever runs this store this happened sometime between 10-11 am on Friday October 2nd. Between you and me I wouldn't want someone who treats a random customer like that. Do with this what you will.

She let me know that it was an EV (Electric Vehicle) battery. Once we were on the same page she started pulling her cart out. I asked her, "are you going to change my batter?" I couldn't believe it, I never had a woman change anything in my car. It made me so happy that she knew exactly what to do. Emily is definitely an asset to the company.
