He thoroughly tested my battery and used his many years of experience working on cars to theorize why my battery was not working. He was very honest, and did everything he could to save me money since I had just replaced the battery earlier this year. Not only did he allow me to stay in my car with my two small children while he went in and out of the store to get me a new battery, but he also called a nearby auto shop to get me in to have the battery installed since I have a very complicated vehicle that requires more tools and time. I can't thank this business enough for helping me get my car working in less than two hours! I will definitely be returning any time I need help with my vehicle. Save time and money by visiting these guys first!

Signs of a bad car battery can range from the need for frequent jump starts, slow to start, cranks or clicks but won't start, dash lights work but the vehicle won't start, etc.

HOW DO BRAKES WORK?

Brakes work by using friction to turn kinetic energy into heat. There are two designs: drum brakes (older), and disc brakes (newer). Both use hydraulic pressure to move a piston outward. In disc brakes, the piston is located inside a caliper that houses brake pads and fits over the rotor. The friction lining on the pads makes contact with the rotor to slow the vehicle. In drum brakes, the piston moves two curved shoes lined with friction material against the inside of the brake drum.
