  The entire team was courteous professional and efficient. The shop manager Anthony was helpful with saving me hundreds of out of pocket expenses. I am not looking forward to needing their services again but if I am in need, Safe lite on Shore road Great Neck would be my first choice. Thumbs up to the crew.

  Our Safelite repairman was super helpful, he found called a few minutes before arrival, helped us find a good location to perform the windshield replacement and had an. Accurate estimate of time. Highly recommend.

  my Acura MDX windshield had a crack. This replacement experience took a lot longer than anticipated, but my overall review is still a 5 star. On Day 1, I took my car into Safeline Great Neck at 9:30am, around 4pm I had to call the Safeline Customer care instead of the actual Great Neck shop as it's local phone were not listed, so please expect this; the windshield was replaced, but the calibration on the sensors did not pass. I made a second appointment to bring the car back on a Saturday 8:30am, they spent 3 hours and could NOT pass this calibration, bummer. But I do know they tried and drove around my car for quite while testing/calibrating for a least 20+ miles to no avail. The manager on the shop recommended I come back 5 days later when a new windshield is ordered so this can be replaced and calibrated. 5 days later, I dropped off the car at 9am, and got the great call of windshield replaced and calibration pass around 2:30pm. This took quite some days, but I appreciate their honesty and professionalism to handle this properly. My one advise is that you do not want to wait in the shop, it is likely that the 3 hours advertised in Safeline website is seldomly doable, just go home and wait for the call back.

  Terrible experience and very poor customer service. I had an appointment scheduled for 2:00 p.m., and I arrived at 1:00 p.m. because I was told I needed to come early. By 2:30 p.m., they still had not taken my vehicle into the shop and could not give me a clear answer about when I would be helped. Their scheduling and organization are extremely unprofessional. On top of that, when I simply asked whether they were actually going to bring my car into the shop, I was met with yelling and a disrespectful attitude. They made me waste a trip from New Rochelle and several hours of my time. A business should respect its customers, honor scheduled appointments, communicate clearly, and treat people professionally. Unfortunately, this place did none of those things. I do not recommend it.
