  Safe flight was very professional and made everything very easy. The only thing I would suggest is, it’s hard to get them on the phone.

  I took my suv in today and had the windshield replaced. Brandon and staff were amazing. Very polite and professional. I highly recommend Safelite in GN.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Last year, my windshield cracked and I had it replaced at the Queens Village location. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. The job was poorly done, and when I asked the technician why the windshield molding was loose and not properly secured, I was told that “nothing is the same after a replacement.” Shortly afterward, I also started having issues with my automatic headlights. Fast-forward to recently: my windshield caught a pebble on the highway, and I decided to give this location a try. I’m very glad I did. During the calibration process, my car couldn’t pass because the previous replacement had used aftermarket glass. Anthony went above and beyond and handled getting the correct OEM glass directly from Honda. June did an amazing job installing the glass and genuinely tried his best to get everything calibrated properly. Unfortunately, the aftermarket glass was the issue, but the team didn’t cut corners or give up. Today, the job was completed with the OEM Honda glass, and everything passed calibration perfectly. This crew is absolutely amazing. There was no half-assed work or shortcuts at any point. They took the time to do the job correctly and made sure everything was right before sending me on my way. A huge thank you to Anthony, June, and I believe the installer was Angel (sorry if I have the name wrong!). You guys did an outstanding job, and I truly appreciate the professionalism and effort. This is what quality service should look like.

  great and quick service. bring a meal if your going to wait as there are no food locations near by. but if you speak to the staff they will make an arrangement if possible. great spanish food spot about 1.5 miles away. accross from great neck station.

  I was checked in promptly and waited about 2 1/2 hours. The team was excellent and they wasted no time. My OEM windshield replacement for my 2026 BMW X3 was professionally done with no mess. All systems were calibrated with no issues. I highly recommend the Great Neck Safelite location.
