  Safelite replaced my windshield; what they did not do correctly was realign my wipers, which caused scratches on the outer panel of my car whenever I used my wipers. I only noticed this when I had no choice but to use my wipers on a rainy day, observing the wipers move past their normal wiping arc. My wiper alignment pre-Safelite was fine and unmolested. I now have scratches on my outer pane as a result of the wipers wiping past the necessary radius. Be wary of the shoddy aftercare the workers can give to your other parts other car.

  Great experience with Safelite AutoGlass! Scheduling the appointment was quick and easy. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and the whole process went smoothly. The service was professional and efficient, and I’m very satisfied with the result. Highly recommend!

  I needed to get my windshield replaced because another Safelite location installed a defective (distortion) windshield. Anthony was great and he was able to get me an OEM windshield to make sure I didn’t experience any more defects. Brandon installed the windshield and everything looks great! Highly recommend this location.

  Extremely disappointing and unprofessional experience with Safelite. My insurance fully covered an OEM windshield because my car was under three years old. Despite this, Safelite initially installed an aftermarket windshield that visibly distorted my active driving display. I then had to fight through their warranty process to get the OEM windshield I was entitled to. Communication was terrible: I called 10+ times with no answer and had to visit the Great Neck, NY shop twice in person just to confirm the insurance reapproval and that the correct OEM windshield had been ordered for my specific model and trim. The OEM installation was even more concerning. The technicians refused to install the new cowl-end part, claiming they never received it...even though it was clearly listed on Safelite’s own work order. They insisted the existing part was sufficient, leaving the cowl-end bent, visibly pried away from the windshield, and with a gap that could allow rainwater into my car. I ultimately left with the bent cowl-end still on my vehicle, concerned that I may have to replace it myself to prevent future water intrusion or damage. I own this car outright, and I should not have to worry about Safelite’s installation causing damage to my vehicle. Rude staff, unanswered calls, repeated in-person follow-ups, and an installation that left me questioning whether my car was properly protected from water damage. If my insurance hadn't required me to use Safelite for the warranty replacement, I would never have returned. Based on this experience, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere for windshield replacement.
