I arrived needing the vehicle urgently, and I was told “Sorry, we are overbooked.” They offered zero solutions no alternative car, nothing no help finding another option. They showed complete indifference to the urgency of my situation. Instead, they just sent us to another location (Hertz) that was also closed. I wasted time and money, and was left stranded despite having a confirmed, paid booking. No empathy and no accountability. This kind of overbooking practice leaves customers in a very difficult position. Rating: 1/10

I’ve had several experiences of nonfunctioning windshields wipers, nonfunctioning, cell phone, connection, and other technical issues with my cars. (Never credited back anything for those problems) . Today after traveling five hours from Baltimore, and coming in with a confirmed reservation number, I’m told there is no car here available! We have been waiting for two hours for one of the employees to travel to another location and retrieve a car for us. I will NEVER repeat the mistake of renting from Enterprise again.
