  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐I cannot say enough great things about Champion Maserati. My only regret is that I did not purchase my current vehicle here, but I will absolutely buy my next car from this dealership! The level of professionalism, respect, and high standards of service provided by the team—especially Raul and Pietro—is unmatched.My journey with them began after an accident when I was looking for a trustworthy place to get repairs done. Even though my selling dealer, Maserati of Englewood Cliffs, completely failed to help me, Raul stepped right in. He guided me through the entire process with incredible care and expertise when I needed it most.Since that excellent initial experience, I have continued to bring my car back to Champion Maserati for routine maintenance, including oil changes and standard repairs. Every single visit is seamless, easy, and super fast. The communication here is exceptional; they keep me thoroughly updated on exactly what is being done to my vehicle, providing a level of personal care that you rarely find in the automotive industry.It is clear that this dealership has an outstanding management culture that prioritizes customer satisfaction above everything else.   I took my Maserati Mc20 in for service the level of Customer Service that I experienced when far beyond the expanse that I’ve had in other dealerships, including Ferrari and Porsche Pietro the service manager was attentive and called me with progress reports Don the mechanic that took care of my car is a old school, Italian Mechanic, With unbelievable knowledge and experience, you could tell he loves what he does. He spent 30 minutes just explaining to me the intricate details of my engine. They treated me like family and I can’t thank them enough. Keep up the good work.

  I had a wonderful experience at Champion Maserati in Great Neck specifically with Erik. This is my second lease with the dealership and Erik made my dreams come true again. He is honest, approachable, proactive and has a great heart. He made the whole process seamless and painless. He went the extra mile to make me feel appreciated and heard. Wonderful customer service!

  I have been driving for over 30years.. Alvia and Zoilo are TRANSCEDENT!!!!!! Alvia the manager is an empathetic professional!!!! She advocates for the customer while securing the Maserati brand..Alvia ACTUALLY CARES..I y had an electrical issue with my Maserati Levante which is a very time consuming meticulous and difficult job to resolve However Zoilo the mechanic, handled it with exceptional thoroughness patience and professionalism which was top tier. He carefully diagnosed the problem, methodically worked through each possibility, and ensured every detail was addressed. Zoilo literally had to take my car apart to troubleshoot. Thanks to Zoilo’s expertise and dedication, my car is now running better than when I first purchased it. His commitment to quality and persistence made all the difference, and I couldn’t be more appreciative of his professional approach. An amazing experience to a horrible situation
