  Service was done timely. However, when I got into my vehicle there was oil/grease every where!! I know some is to be expected, but this was excessive. Took 6 wet wipes to get steering wheel, shifter and door handle cleaned. Very disappointed.

  Ryan took very good care of us. We were visiting Niagara Falls from Indiana and they got us back on the road in a very timely fashion.

  booked an appointment days in advance for an inspection, comes time for the appointment and I arrive on time. Come to find out that the "inspector" called in sick the day before he's off for 2 days, classic, definitely not sick. You'd think in a car shop with 8-9 guys all standing around that maybe 1 of them would know how to inspect a vehicle and not have a 3+ day single point of failure, there was also no email or call that we may need to reschedule this or that someone may be out, was probably that guys job to do that too just another old crummy dumpy shop thats now run by people under 35 with absolutely no experience or any sense of customer service

  While traveling to Naiagara Falls on July 3rd, I got a flat tire on the road and was completely panicked. I managed to find Monro Shop online and headed there. Even thought they were incredibly busy, they kindly replaced my tires for me. I am so grateful for their amazing service!
