I was told they can't do inspections because it's appointment only even though there was I think 3 employees sitting in the customer lounge. Just seemed really odd and silly to say that when an inspection only takes 13 minutes...I guess other places get ya done in a jiffy!

In fact, how do you make an appointment if the listed phone number does not connect to this specific franchise? I had to wait navigate the phone tree to talk to a real person, explain why I wanted to talk to the franchise, then wait on hold to be connected.
