  I recently had the opportunity to receive service from the Monroe in Glenmont, NY. It was exceptional. From scheduling online to ordering tire and having it replaced, the team at Monroe set reasonable expectations and exceeded them. Time to repair and have the vehicle back to me. I woudl consider them for vehicle service you may need.

  This should be zero stars. Do not go to the Monroe on 9w in Glenmont. I have been going there for approximately 18 years and the last couple of times they have recommended brakes or other services that were not needed at the time. The last and final time I will go there they did over $3000 dollars of work to the engine and then told me they can’t fix it and bring it to the dealership. The dealership recommended a new engine and said the work Monroe did was not needed since the truck needed a new engine. I should have learned my lesson with this place before but since I was a long time customer I tried to give them a chance. My vehicles will stay far away from this place in the future and I recommend finding a different place to work on your vehicles.

  I recently had routine maintenance performed by the specialist at Monroe Auto and tire centers, And I was thoroughly impressed. The work was done with incredible attention to detail; the technicians took ample time to ensure that everything was function flawlessly. I highly recommend them for their professional and thorough service! PS: Price was great-Affordable.

  The Glenmont team went ABOVE and BEYOND to help fix a problem they didn't cause. They squeezed me in, found the issue, fixed it the right way, and got me back on the road in no time. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
