  When I picked up my vehicle after the appointment, I noticed that the rearview camera/windshield camera cover was drooping down, with visible black adhesive that appeared to be melting and exposed in plain sight. I returned to the Safelite office on April 21, 2026, for a follow-up appointment to have the issue inspected and corrected. During that visit, a representative advised me that a newer staff member or trainee had broken the generic model cover and attempted to secure it with adhesive. I was also told that a Hyundai-issued replacement cover would be ordered, though I am unsure what happened to the original cover, and that I would receive a call to schedule an appointment once the part arrived. To date, I have not received any follow-up call. I called Safelite again on June 1, 2026, to request an update and did not receive a return call. I called again today, but the automated system instructed me to go online to make a new appointment before disconnecting the call. I then started a chat session and was advised to use the “My Appointments” link to report an issue. However, the “Report an Issue” button does not launch properly, even after allowing pop-ups. This vehicle was less than three months old when purchased, and we have now been driving for months without the proper cover in place.

  Excellent service! The staff was very friendly, the service was fast and the whole process was very easy. If your insurance gives you the option to choose this location, go for it! Highly recommended! 👍⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

  Jonathan did a great job getting my repair done! My original windshield was shattered into pieces. And he was able to clean up a little bit of the broken glass that was visible. Everything else was under my belongings. They did a great job overall and the service staff was amazingly friendly and understanding! I appreciate the effort and support from the team

  If I could give 0 starts I would. Came in for a very small rock chip on my windshield and they made it worse. Guy said: "This machine stupid, it just keeps pumping air out" Wouldn’t recommend anyone to come here. Just repair the chip DIY and as for windshield replacement go to any reputable body shop.
