  We love this place, have purchased multiple cars from this dealership. The service is excellent. Everyone is helpful, but be sure to ask for Jonathan, the Floor Manager, he is a joy to work with!

  I had a great experience working with Diego during my search for a new vehicle. From the beginning, he was knowledgeable, responsive, and helpful in explaining the different Volvo models, lease programs, and available incentives. Diego took the time to answer my questions, provide pricing information, and help me better understand the various options available. I also had the opportunity to visit the dealership in Glen Cove and test drive a vehicle with Jonathan, and the entire experience was professional and enjoyable. I would highly recommend Diego and the Volvo team in Glen Cove to anyone on Long Island considering the purchase or lease of a Volvo!

  When you’re asked for a part price, you give it. You, as a young female, don’t get to gatekeep parts for my cars. Hope this helps.

  Things don't always go seamlessly with a major purchase but what matters is how you are treated in making things right. One half hour before delivery there was a recall on my EX30 halting the transaction...I had already given up my previous wheels, but Glen Cove Volvo came through with a loaner and took care of each and every little glitch during the process, no fault of their own. Big shout out to my sales rep Dennis Romero in staying with me through the ordeal, including coming out to my house to make sure my vehicle was charging properly. He is super kind, patient and knowledgeable and I found the entire staff likable and attentive. Victor Rodriguez as their tech specialist is a wizard and helped this old lady understand all the amazing advanced technology built into the car. Can't say enough good things about my experience and all the folks from management, registration, and service that I dealt with. A+++ Thank you!
