  I had an outstanding experience at the Volvo Glen Cove service department for my 2022 X90 T8. From the moment I arrived, Candido V., the service advisor, provided excellent communication throughout the process. He kept me informed every step of the way and made sure all my questions were answered. What truly surprised me was that he didn’t charge me for the work that was done, which was a wonderful gesture and really showed their integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction. Additionally, I want to highlight the exceptional skill of the Volvo technician, Joe P. He was incredibly knowledgeable and thorough, demonstrating true expertise and care in his work. He was able to pin-point a difficult issue, and was able to quickly remediate. It’s clear that the team at Volvo Glen Cove is dedicated to quality service and customer happiness. I highly recommend this service department for their professionalism, honesty, and top-notch technicians.

  Recently had my car serviced. Michael Davis was our service advisor and was professional and extremely helpful and communicative. Volvo took care of all of my concerns, helped arrange transportation for me, and was very thorough overall.

  I don’t own a Volvo, but I stopped by Volvo Glen Cove when I noticed one of my tires was low. Their team kindly checked and filled all four tires for me—quickly and at no charge. The service was fast, friendly, and incredibly helpful. Truly appreciated their professionalism and willingness to assist!

  I’ve been bringing my Volvo to Volvo Glen Cove for regular service, and they consistently do a fantastic job. Scheduling is easy, the team is always courteous, and they take the time to explain exactly what’s needed without any pressure. The work is done promptly, and my car always comes back running perfectly. It’s great to have a service center you can truly trust!
