Have been dealing with Russell (Manager, I believe) who goes far and beyond to be helpful. My immediate household maintains five cars and they have done everything from replacing all four tires/rotors/brakes to fixing simple flats on all 5. Even had the car towed 170 miles to this Mavis when we encountered multiple blowouts in Massachusetts. I never feel like I'm being taken advantage of. Russell does his best to gives us the best advisde, best pricing and get us in and out as soon as possible. I wouldn't go anywhere else!

I usually hate going to car mechanic shops because some to to overcharge you and try to sell you unnecessary repairs. The managers and technicians are informative and Good.
