  Make another appointment because Avon Monroe was completly unprofessional only to find this one is far worse. I make an appointment, then get a call 30 minutes before the appointment the day of appointment stating "we don't know how to service that vehicle". I made sure while making the appointment that they could service the vehicle. "Yes yes not a problem" they say. The hell is so difficult about changing oil, what you can't get off Facebook long enough to do a simple task? Oil change, fuel filter... I do it in less than 15 minutes in a parking lot, yet because this is a rental vehicle, the rental service wants it done at a place that will give them records... are records worth this lack of professional and extremely lazy behavior?

  I recently had my van serviced at these shop . It was my first time being there and I was a little apprehensive. The shop’s manager, Ashley, quickly put all my worries to rest. She and her staff are Very Competent and Respectful . I will definitely recommend them !

  Took my daughter's car in for her inspection. Dropped it off and did some shopping in geneseo and waited for a call that it was done and never for the call so we returned to find all the workers sitting around doing nothing. Come to find out there system had crashed before we even arrived and they said nothing before we left. They also canceled all the appointments for the day but didn't call us. So the car never got inspected. We wasted 4 hours that we could have been looking for some other place to get it done. Definitely do not recommend.

  I called on Friday the 24th about getting a diagnostic appointment set up to see what parts I needed to fix a small issue. I was seen today/two days later, which is super quick! The diagnosis and few small issues that needed to a temp fix with zip ties were done in less than 30 minutes, with no charge. Kyle also showed me directly what was wrong and pointed me towards good long term solutions!
