Mason was very nice! I just got new breaks, it only took an hour to replace my breaks in a Volkswagen! He taught me about rear suspension and how he doesn’t have the part for it because the newer model has newer parts. We graduated high school together and it was so nice to see him! He taught me a lot about cars 🚙 (which I knew little to nothing about cars)! Great service! Thank you!

This place went so far above and beyond what they needed to do. My car broke down on NY-87 at 3:30pm on a Saturday. The tow truck dropped my car off at Mavis at 4:30pm and they took the time to still check my car out even though they were getting ready to close. I was 12 hours into a cross country road trip and had another 5 or so hours to go. They diagnosed the issue, and went out of their way to get my car fixed first thing Sunday morning. My car drove the rest of the trip on Sunday feeling like it was brand new! In particular, I want to shout out that James was amazing at listening to the details of what I observed when my car died, and Aaron did an amazing job on the repairs in a super timely manner. Couldn’t recommend this place enough!
