I had the pleasure of having them form an estimate for my classic car to be repaired after an unfortunate incident involving another vehicle ignoring a "Stop" sign. Obviously the incident was not pleasant, but the quote experience was! Paula was personable and knowledgeable about older vehicles, and provided me an emailed quote the same day. The process was great. I have not had my vehicle repaired there so I cant speak to the body work itself, but if its anything like the front end, its top notch.

I will NOT use them again!!! VERY poor, in fact ZERO communication from them. Had to call twice for a quote (Should have known then) and had to drive there 3 times to check progress as their phones do not work and no response to cellphones. Miserable attitudes and not much of an apology for lack of communication. Gave me three final amounts. Had to drop car off Sunday night.... they did not start work till Tuesday. Repair seems good but service is beyond poor, more like nonexistent.

Poor communication with customer re. status of repair. Relatively simple repair took several weeks. Shards of safety glass were found in the trunk when car was returned home.
