My visit was pleasant; there was no line, the technicians provided attentive service and information without pressuring me to purchase extras. My oil was changed promptly, and I received a discount, so I left a satisfied customer.

  Usually, I don’t have such horrible experience at this place, but unfortunately the guys would rather flirt with the girls on the job instead of doing their job. It took forever to get my oil changed and then they wanna tell me my oil pan was completely rusted out when it’s brand new since I just got it fixed the other day they really should check into their stuff before they even say anything to a customer and I had to show proof of my receipt saying it’s brand new and that they don’t know what they’re talking about. Things would’ve been done smoother if they would just stop what they were doing with the flirting and they acting like they’re so cute and if they just Do their job instead it shouldn’t have took 45 minutes for a oil change, cause I’ve never been there for more than 10 minutes. It was a whole different group than what I’ve seen before. I will not come back to this location ever again due to this experience.

  They were very good to me and tore off a portion of my plastic guard under my car that had broken and was dragging. Didn't even charge me.

  My first attempt, they didn't have my oil. I was told to come back later in the afternoon as they were waiting for a shipment of my oil to arrive. I was then told that I could go across the street to the auto parts store and get my own oil and it would only cost me $54 for them to do the oil change which I thought was ridiculous because why would I go across the street to get oil for my vehicle and bring it back to Valvoline for them to do the oil change. I came back later that afternoon and still no oil. I was told to come back the next day which I did. They had my oil, did my oil change but did not do the rest of the point inspections that are supposed to be done, although looking at the receipt that was given to me, everything was checked off as if they checked it which they did not.
