Just sat in the waiting room for almost 2 hours before having to leave after being told I wouldn't be able to get out within 2.5 hours of my arrival. I understand being short-staffed, but I asked if the beginning for a ballpark estimate of timing and was told "I have no idea." When I'm complaining later about taking so long he said I should have asked for an estimate. Staffing shortage sucks but don't tell me to come in at 12:00 and just have me sit there for 2 hours without servicing my car.

After letting me sit for an hour in their waiting room, one of their staff informed me that they would not do my inspection telling me that my factory windows were not going to pass inspection. I explained that these windows are the original windows at the car came with from the dealership. At no point did my car even move from the parking lot and enter their garage for inspection.

I had an appointment for an oil change at 7pm. I arrived by 6:45pm, and my car wasn't taken in until almost 8pm. It wasn't done until after 8:40pm. The shop closed at 8:30pm. I was the only person waiting there the entire time, which got uncomfortable as it got later into the evening. The staff was friendly and I understand things can get behind, but it was really unfortunate that it took so long and went so late into the evening, even after hours. Then when I got in my car, there was grease/oil on my outer car door, inner car door handle, and the wheel. I wouldn't recommend unless you have the ability to drop off your car and pick it up when it's done.
