- CCCaitie CollisMay 12, 20261.0I got towed to this Mavis Tire because I was in a car accident on 87. I let the mechanic know that I was in an accident and I blew out my tire and not sure what else was wrong but I had to drive upstate two more hours with my son in the car. After waiting two hours to get a new wheel, they sent me out on the road with no wheel alignment and telling me everything was perfect on my car. I even called and told them I don’t think it feels right and he promised me I would be safe. Once I came home, I took my car to my mechanic who let me know there was a bunch of other things wrong with the car and it needed a wheel alignment and I was NOT safe to drive my car. Thankfully nothing happened to me and my son but this put a real bad taste in my house for Mavis Tire.

Not sure why they even take appointments if you're going to be sitting there waiting for hours while nobody even so much as looks at your car. Going to have to give this place a pass from now on, unfortunately.
