Highly DO NOT recommend. Brought my SUV in today to get a front-end alignment and my winter tires taken off and all weathers put on. Got here and found out that one of their employees had a fire and so they only had one mechanic. I'm on a tight schedule, so not thrilled that no one gave me a heads up before I drove all of the way here. I understand things happen and feel bad for the employee who had that happen, but obviously they knew before opening that there would be delays. A phone call goes a long way. Especially since I found out, after I got here, that you cannot wait inside their building due to construction. They have chairs sitting outside in this extreme heat and that is the only option unless you walk to a local business nearby. Again, that would have been good information to have when we were setting up this appointment. People have known about this heat wave coming for well over a week now. I am only thankful that I did not have my young son with me today. I will add that the man in charge was very friendly at first, it was clear he was trying to be helpful and was stuck in the circumstances provided to him. That changed as time went on and he was then swearing and making a big scene every time I saw him come out of the shop to get a different vehicle. Sorry, I did not ask his name. We have been here many times before and had good experiences, but this will be the last time and I wanted to forewarn others. Not only about their poor communication, but the fact that they created a situation where customers are being forced to wait a considerable amount of added time, I waited close to 3 hours by the time they finished my SUV, out in extreme heat unless they want to walk in said heat to another location. Phone calls should be made to warn customers of these conditions to give them a choice to keep their appointment or reschedule prior to driving, in my case nearly 40 minutes, all the way there.
