  Purchased a new Ram truck from Longley Bros Chrysler Dodge Ram 10/7. I am from Northern Michigan and the wonderful experience with the dealership would make me buy another vehicle from them if I had to. Dave Harr was my salesman but everyone there are a great bunch. If you're local to the area, definitely check with them. Great time with them.

  Don did a great Job very personable and was accommodating. I had checked out a couple other places prior and felt like just another number. Don worked with us and made process comfortable and that says a lot when buying a vehicle. No BS to the point!

  Wouldn't send my worst enemy to Longley Dodge! Mike from service was rude and said "You're a priority at this dealership for a repair since I bought my vehicle at another dodge dealership, so it can wait in the lot the next 2/3 weeks before we get our tech on it. Even when its a warranty repair on a brand new 2026 with 2277 miles just put on it, didnt matter I was stuck on a waiting list for multiple weeks before they even looked at. 1 month later I finally got it back. Dealership keep putting Stelantis customer service even when they called multiple times, so they filed a complaint within the company about this dealership and so have I. Save yourself the hassle and go buy your next vehicle from a dealership and people that actually care.

  Brought truck In for manifolds to be replaced. They were replaced and still leak Terrible. They bent the brackets on my catalitic converter connection to the manifolds. Bolts were over tightened and bent them as well. I it leaks so bad the fumes come into the cab. Its absolutely ridiculous. I would not recommend their service department. I also had oil change and the filter was not tightened properly. It leaked all over. Service department as a whole is sub par. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.

  The people here are really nice, helpful. It's a stressful situation when something is wrong with your car and especially when you don't have another one to drive. They were very patient with me when I called a bunch, super helpful in person and still helped me when I managed to get there 15 minutes prior to closing. Only downfall was waiting 3 weeks for them to look at it to be told they couldn't get it to overheat again and couldn't find out what was wrong with it which is frustrating for obvious reasons. I haven't had a problem yet but I'm hesitant to go very far.
