Longley Bros Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram has been my go to since 1985, caring for all automotive needs including purchase, service monitoring and repairs.
I recently had an issue and called their service department. Within two hours, my car was being serviced.
You would have to travel extensively to find another dealership that comes close to the professionalism and personal care exhibited by Longley's staff!

I recently acquired a truck from this establishment. Eric provided exceptional assistance and demonstrated a high level of professionalism. He is an excellent salesperson. The truck is in immaculate condition, and I believe I received a fair price for it. Longley's is very flexible and transparent with what is happening with the repair. The lead technician is very knowledgeable and experienced. The lead service advisor is willing to work with you and answer all your questions. The dealership leads are all working to make your service and wait time is enjoyable. They are very friendly. Just a top notch family owned small dealership ! This was a warranty repair on a very special car.

I went to another dealer to see if they could find my small eve app, they did my recalls, and then told me that they could not do it on a work on a vehicle over then 10 years, which to me is BS because it's a Jeep, so I went to longling Bros and they had no problem fixing it. They fixed it within 3 days and everything works good. I'm very happy with the service that I got and the communication.

Service Dept is horrible. Car has been at the dealership 9 days for a started. Diagnosed the problem on a monday but never called the warranty company until Wednesday late morning and never ordered the part until Thursday. Had to make over 10 calls between Monday and Wednesday just to find out what was going on with my car. Service employees are snippy and repeatedly lie to you or try to twist the facts. They always have a spin on why it's not them. Oh I'll call you back is always the answer but never any call back. They need a new service manager because the old feeling of a dealership that cared is gone.
