  Serious training issues with the staff. Waiter appointment for a recall taken as a drop off. My wife literally sat there for hours. Had an equally bad experience today getting a replacement key fob programmed. My wife sat there for two hours, only to learn that the work had been completed over an hour and a half before, and the paperwork was mishandled. I run a service department. This is not how it’s done.

  I purchased a 2022 ram from longley dodge in Fulton New York with 39000 miles. I took it in for exhaust leak at 41000 and they replaced both exhaust manifolds with new hardware. I picked up the truck and drove out driveway and there was a new exhaust leak coming out wheel area under acceleration. I called immediately. They had me bring it back in the following Wednesday because it was close to the end of the day. They had it for two days. Said no leak. They said it's a sound of a hemi...I was lost for words. I'm not an idiot. I wasn't about to argue and took my truck. My personal mechanic looked at it and saw both connections from y pipe to manifolds were leaking. The mechanics at longley dodge put so much uneven torque on the flange bracket that they bent both flange brackets. Bent two bolts from over tightening. Now the y pipe with the catalytic converters has Bent brackets due to their negligence. And the exhaust leaks terrible under my cabin and makes me sick. I'm so disappointed with this whole situation.

  We bought a jeep and Don was WONDERFUL throughout the experience. The only reason it is 4 instead of 5 stars was because the detail job when we picked up the jeep left much to be desired.

  I bought my vehicle through Dave Harr. Easy process, no high pressure, and Dave made the deal, didn’t have to run back and forth to the “manager” to get ok’s. Good experience, and we will buy more cars at Longley through Dave.
