  Mario at AutoZone provided excellent customer service! He was friendly, professional, and very helpful. He took the time to make sure my particular problem was taken care of and made the whole experience quick and easy. It’s always great to come across someone who genuinely cares about helping customers. Thank you, Mario, for going above and beyond. Highly recommended!

  Worst auto zone ever. Workers are extremely rude and un helpful. They have attitude and help with absolutely nothing. If I were you I would go anywhere else but here save your time.

  Vashisht R, is by far the most incompetent Autozone worker I have ever encountered. I brought a duralast torque wrench in to be warrantied after I went to another store and it was unfortunately out of stock. Upon arriving he immediately denied that a torque wrench has a lifetime warranty. I reply that it 100% has a warranty and he attempts to charge me for a new tool. I proceed to tell him to call the store I just came from to get another voice of reason so he could warranty the tool. While he proceeds to call another store other than the one I told him, likely one where his friend works based on the response on speaker I show him the Autozone website where it clearly says “Guaranteed for life” and he immediately dismisses it. I also point to the aisle where it literally says DURALAST lifetime guarantee physically in front of him” and he proceeds to literally say “that’s just advertising” and I replied that false advertising is a crime and can result in a lawsuit. He then gets scared and responds to the store he called. The man over the phone is just as not informed and says it’s not a warranty item. I confront him about calling the wrong store, he then calls the store I came from, I tell him to ask for the manager wearing a gray shirt to come to the phone and he IMMEDIATELY tells him it’s a simple warranty swap. Vashisht immediately gets defensive and I ask him if he even knows what a hand tool is, and he responds “no I don’t know what a hand tool is” I then said “clearly”. He reluctantly warranties my torque wrench after more arguing. BY FAR the most incompetent, rude, and annoying Autozone employee I’ve ever encountered. His name plate also said on it “customer satisfaction expert” unbelievable also with no apology ever during the encounter.
