  Worst customer service of all time. Under new management and the young individual acted as if he is the owner of the company. He gave the customer a hard way to go after a reservation was made on the phone. Asking for documentation that was not normally required when renting a vehicle from this or any other location. I hope it wasn’t because my grandson was a person of color or maybe because he appeared to be young which is not the case.

  The car had dented doors and missing bumper parts, and there was an unbearable smell of cigarette smoke; the oil/filter warning light came on just minutes after I picked it up. I rented it because of an accident involving my own vehicle, but it ended up just sitting parked because I didn't use it due to all the issues mentioned above. I don't understand how a company can hand over vehicles that are in worse condition than the car involved in your own accident. A total waste of time and money. 0/10.

  Worst service online reservation is a scam once I showed up they told if I can come back 2 days later to see ifff they have anything available 🥹😂😂😂😂 wow

  The staff at Freeport,NY location are absolutely amazing. Brian assisted me the whole way and Enterprise should definitely realize the potential in him. I don’t remember the other staff names but each of them were friendly and professional. Overall it was a very smooth and pleasant experience. I wrote a similar review a few years back for same location. Whoever oversees and trains staff here really does an excellent job.
