I had an amazing experience at Mavis Discount Tire, especially thanks to Xavier! He was extremely helpful, down-to-earth, and genuinely amazing throughout the entire process. I came in already knowing what I needed done, and Xavier made sure everything was taken care of smoothly. I needed new shocks, a new battery, an inspection, tire rotation, and an alignment, and they managed to get EVERYTHING done in just one day!
Xavier went above and beyond to help me, answered all my questions, and made what could have been a stressful day so much easier. I want to give a special shout-out to Jesse at Mavis for once again providing exceptional service! He was able to accommodate me with a last-minute appointment for an oil change and made the entire experience easy and stress-free.
Jesse was extremely courteous, professional, and attentive. When the correct filter was needed, he immediately made sure one of his team members went out to get it so I wouldn’t be left waiting. Everything was handled quickly and efficiently, and I was back on the road in no time.
