  Faith took care of our rental process from beginning to end. Outstanding assistance from her - explained the process in detail, provided paperwork and offered assistance if needed. Wonderful work ethic and her commitment to excellence was apparent throughout the process. My family and I thank her for her kindness and determination to have the rental process explained in detail. She should be commended for her exemplary service.

  I just want to give a shout out to Tara! After a terrible experience with another Enterprise location, Tara was an absolute breath of fresh air. She was incredibly kind, professional, and genuinely cared about helping us. She went above and beyond to secure a same-day rental for us, which made a stressful situation much easier. Her positive attitude and exceptional customer service completely turned our experience around. It's rare to come across someone who is both so efficient and so compassionate. Tara is a tremendous asset to Enterprise, and I can't thank her enough for her help. If you have the chance to work with her, you're in great hands!

  Had rented from here multiple times. Never an issue. Recently rented a car (May 2026). 3 weeks after returning the car got a letter in the mail saying there was damage to a quarter panel. The car was returned and inspected by an employee, and there were no issues. Currently DRU is investigating. I will say everyone there has always been very nice. The older guy who I assume is the manager, always nice. There is a woman, also great. There is a younger guy that doesn't even acknowledge you when you come in. This is the person that handled my rental. Pushed their insurance repeatedly even after I said I had it covered. Asked me the amount I had (none of his business). And he inspected the car and didn't note damage when I returned it. Looking forward to DRU's finding, especially with my photos and videos of the return.

  I had a great experience renting a vehicle from Enterprise. They provided me with a Chrysler Pacifica in excellent technical condition — clean, neat, and very comfortable. I would especially like to thank Adam, the manager who assisted me. He is a true professional and provided outstanding customer service. He explained everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made the entire rental process smooth and easy. Adam also followed up with me, called to check how everything was going, and asked if I needed any help. I really appreciate his professionalism, attention, and support. Thank you to Enterprise and a special thank you to Adam. Highly recommended!
