  Use spot hero to park here paid $15 from 5pm to 8pm on a Saturday. Valet only with the app they park the car for you. But if you want self park without having the app go around the corner for self pay self park. It is expensive. We were 15min late and they charged us $7. Elevator takes you into a mall full of restaurants, hair dresser, shops etc you are in Chinatown the new Chinatown. Center of it.

  Items were stolen from our car. The management does not even have voice mail set up on their phone. Terrible experience. Avoid at all costs!!!

  First of all, the lady attendant is very rude and unprofessional. Then the shuttle service they’re affiliated with has a poor service. They made me late for my flight, which my flight had to be rescheduled . I had to wait for 4hrs to board another and when I came back from my trip, I waited over an hour . No driver picked me up. So I had to get Uber to go get my car from the parking garage. If you have to, go to a reliable parking garage where the shuttle bus is on time.

  No indicators that they are at full capacity. If you spend more than 5 mins looking, searching and competing for parking you will have to pay min $7 to exit. Even if you received no services or even parked your car. If you try contacting customer service about the unfair issue and they will Never answer your call on the pay kyosk or by phone. Employees are not helpful at all, on the contrary, they make it seem like you doing something wrong. They will also tell you there is more parking in the Back and to keep looking.

  DO NOT park at this parking lot. When I was exiting, there was congestion because one of the exit kiosks wasn’t working. We had to all reroute and leave through another exit. This additional 15 minutes caused me to have to pay double (it’s $7 for under three hours, and I was charged $14 for 3 hours and 2min). I tried calling the phone number on the receipt and on the kiosk, but no one answered. I also tried reaching out to LAZ corporate but no one responded either. Will never park here ever again
