Waiting for 30 minutes because the valet guy took forever help out other people and because of those 30 minutes we were over the one hour mark and they charged us for 2 hours even though we were waiting for 30 minutes for our car. Bad horrendous and rude service. DO NOT SPEND MONEY HERE GO TO THE PARKINGS NEXT DOOR.

They severely damaged my vehicle in less than 24 hrs. The only silver lining is that they admitted fault because the damage was so obvious and are willing to privately settle the damages. It has taken me a lot of my own time to go through the process. Do yourself a favor and look at the ratings and other comments. Avoid this place at all costs.
