  The restaurant wasn't open and didn't inform us. They charged us even though we drove out immediately.

  I have parked and charged my Tesla at Queen’s Crossing Garage every time I visit Flushing, and until now I had never experienced any issues. Unfortunately, my most recent visit completely changed my opinion of this place. The Tesla charging spaces are extremely difficult to access, especially for larger vehicles like the Cybertruck. Since this is a valet parking facility and customers are required to pay for parking in order to charge, I expected reasonable assistance. Instead, after I had already paid for parking, the female manager refused to have an employee help park my vehicle, saying they were “too busy.” If valet assistance cannot be provided, customers should be informed before they pay—not after. She also insisted that I provide a physical key before anyone would assist. Tesla vehicles, including the Cybertruck, are commonly operated using a Phone Key or Tesla Key Card, so this demand was both confusing and unnecessary. What disappointed me the most was her attitude. Throughout the interaction she repeatedly rolled her eyes, shook her head, and spoke to me in a rude, dismissive, and unprofessional manner. I also witnessed her speaking disrespectfully to her own employees, which created a very uncomfortable atmosphere. This was the first time I have ever been treated this way after being a repeat customer. One unpleasant employee can happen anywhere, but this was the manager. A manager sets the standard for customer service, and unfortunately the standard I experienced was unacceptable. I sincerely hope LAZ Parking investigates this incident and improves the professionalism of its management. Until then, I cannot recommend this location to anyone driving a larger Tesla or expecting respectful customer service.

  They are worst staff ever No respectable customer service with very mean and rude behavior They act as if they are the bosses to the parking It’s the worst customer service I have ever seen

  Please go to the garage parkings that are next to this one. Or park anywhere but AVOID this place. Waiting for 30 minutes because the valet guy took forever help out other people and because of those 30 minutes we were over the one hour mark and they charged us for 2 hours even though we were waiting for 30 minutes for our car. Bad horrendous and rude service. DO NOT SPEND MONEY HERE GO TO THE PARKINGS NEXT DOOR.
