  Great experience at the Flushing location. Theodore was very professional, helpful and explained all charges thoroughly. Got through the process with ease. I would definitely choose Enterprise in the future!

  Ang and Christal were very helpful and friendly. They helped me get the exact SUV I was looking for at a reasonable price. The check in and check out time was minimal. They answered all my questions about the vehicle before I drove off. My overall experience was very pleasant and I definitely look forward to using them again when the need arises. Based on my experience, I would highly recommend using Enterprise Rent-A-Car in Flushing.

  WARNING — Extremely Poor Experience With Enterprise I had an extremely frustrating experience with this Enterprise location, and I am very concerned about the charges that were added to my rental without being properly explained or authorized. I arrived at 5:55 PM, only five minutes before their 6:00 PM closing time. I had called ahead of time and was specifically told that it was okay to come in. Because they were trying to close, everything felt extremely rushed. I was told the rental would cost $60 per day, and I agreed to that because my insurance was covering $50 per day. At no point was it clearly explained to me that I would supposedly owe an additional $21 out of pocket per day. I am now seeing over $2,000 in charges, including additional fees and charges for insurance that I never agreed to purchase. These charges were not clearly explained to me at the time of rental, and I would not have agreed to them had they been properly disclosed. The vehicle itself was also in unacceptable condition. The car smelled strongly like urine, and it was provided to us with only about 8 miles’ worth of gas. Despite this, we are now being told that the vehicle allegedly sustained damage from an accident. This is especially concerning because we were not informed of any such issue when the vehicle was returned. When I contacted the location about these concerns, I was told that supervisor Nick Marino would call us to address the situation. It has now been three weeks, and nobody has contacted us. I am extremely disappointed with how this rental was handled. The combination of unexplained charges, insurance that I did not authorize, the condition of the vehicle, and the lack of follow-up has left me seriously questioning the accuracy and legitimacy of these charges. I would strongly recommend that anyone renting from this location carefully review every single charge and document before signing anything.

  I never do this, but Enterprise is miles above every other Rent-A-Car company.. The service is impeccable. The people are delightful. Every company in America should learn about customer service from Enterprise..
