  Overall, the rental experience was good, but the vehicle return left a bad impression. As a first-time customer, I wasn’t sure where I was supposed to park. The technicians gave vague directions, and when I temporarily stopped in a nearby space, they looked at me with confused expressions, shrugged, and made me feel as though I had done something wrong. Instead of simply helping, they seemed impatient. I believe the technicians would benefit from better customer service training. A little more patience and clearer communication would have easily made this a five-star experience. To be fair, the counter staff were friendly, the car was in good condition, and they documented the minor issues I reported during the rental. The interaction described above was recorded by my dashcam.

  I am extremely dissatisfied with my experience. The biggest issue was the discrepancy in my final bill compared to what I was originally quoted. (The Enterprise management trainee communicated inaccurate information. Stated my insurance would cover the standard rate whereas it didn’t because the paperwork was not submitted) The charges were not clearly explained, and I was left feeling that the billing lacked transparency and accuracy. Customer service did not adequately resolve my concerns or provide a satisfactory explanation for the unexpected charges. As a customer, I expect honest pricing and clear communication, and this experience fell well below those expectations. Because of the billing discrepancies and the poor handling of my concerns, I cannot recommend this car rental company. I hope they improve their billing practices and customer service to prevent other customers from having a similar experience.

  Disrespectful and slow to handle matters I rented a car on June 2nd. The vehicle inspection sticker was due to expire in May. I drove there to ask them to handle it, but no one could help. I asked them to handle the parking ticket themselves.

  I rented an SUVExcellent car very clean.The person who helped me was very friendly and fast.Excellent service.Very professional polite and helpful employees.Return was easy and quick.I will definitely suggest to rent from Enterprise Rent-A-Car.

  Im disappointed in the way things turned out at this location. My mother who is over 70 got into an accident and it was not her fault. She needed a rental and unfortunately she didn't have rental in her insurance policy so she had to lay out the money and her lawyer said he would see if the other insurance company would pay. Anyway crystal there said she would give the "insurance discount" and so my mom having no choice she needed a car decided to move forward. My mom rented for about 3 weeks. Every week she was paying over 550 a week. The "insurance discount" Honesty she couldn't afford it anymore. And the other insurance company well we still were waiting. I called crystal and explained to her the situation. And asked how much was this so called "insurance discount" she said 74 dollars a day!!!!! I said my mom moving forward would like to not get that discount because Honesty it's not a discount it's a high price because they feel insurance is paying. In my moms case she was paying on her own. So I asked her if she can help my mom and get a better deal. Especially since my mom rented for a month and paid over 550 every week and on time and no issues. She said no that is the best rate. Well when I was on the phone with her I went on their website and got a better deal which was 299 a week and that proved to me that they did not care and so my mom returned the car. Which they lost a paying customer because of that. And we made a reservation at another rental place for way cheaper. I feel like if you allow to let a customer go that says a lot. Go to another location. The one in floral park is amazing
