- PMPatrick MieJul 9, 20263.0Overall, the rental experience was good, but the vehicle return left a bad impression. As a first-time customer, I wasn’t sure where I was supposed to park. The technicians gave vague directions, and when I temporarily stopped in a nearby space, they looked at me with confused expressions, shrugged, and made me feel as though I had done something wrong. Instead of simply helping, they seemed impatient. I believe the technicians would benefit from better customer service training. A little more patience and clearer communication would have easily made this a five-star experience. To be fair, the counter staff were friendly, the car was in good condition, and they documented the minor issues I reported during the rental. The interaction described above was recorded by my dashcam.
