  Extremely satisfied with the customer experience at this location. Matt and all his fellow team members are efficient, courteous and very helpful. The renting process was clear and transparent. The fees were explained and no hard sale on any of the extra coverage. Selection of vehicles is ample and reliable (peace of mind). The return process was quick and smooth as well. No surprise charges. Every time from start to end the renting experience at this location has been A+.

  I recently rented a car from Enterprise and I was truly amazed with the staff. They were very knowledgeable, honest and helpful. They covered and explained everything in detail. No haggling and no hassles. They make sure that everything is okay with your rental during the entire time. I would definitely use their service again in the future.

  All the cars on the lot are dusty and dirty. It is because they are not allowed to have running water at that location. So I wonder why the company doesn't just run them through the car wash- I guess to save costs or logistics. The manager, Matt, does not have the customer's best interest. I have a $50 allowance through my insurance but he wanted to charge me $16 a day for a full-size sedan! I do not appreciate being overcharged. So I asked for a smaller car and they only had one on the lot which I declined because it smelled like weed. He still wanted to charge me $6 a day for the intermediate car! As a manager myself, I know that Enterprise is supposed to accommodate the customer with the next tier car if they do not have the car size available. That is what a Geico representative told me. But the unkind manager would not budge and was unwilling to help me. Do yourself a favor, take the N20 bus to the Great Neck location. They gave me a full-size car with no hassle on extra payments. The only reason for the extra star is I returned the car to this location and Theo assisted me. He is upbeat, friendly, and Theo should be manager!

  I booked a 2-day rental with this Enterprise in Flushing, NY and I was impressed with the friendliness, professionalism, speed, and attentiveness of their staff. From the counter to the parking lot, I felt like I had their full attention and care. I will definitely be back. Much better than trying to get to LGA!
