  100000/10 !!! RECOMMEND GOING HERE !!!!!! Very clean store inside and out . Every encounter was incredibly amazing very well explained with various amounts of details . Efficient workflow.

  This is yet the BEST mavis possible . I’ve never had a bad experience here at all this location is always well maintained and very trustworthy . Harry (store manager) is always very polite and the way he works with his maintenance staff is incredible. I was so stressed about my car but thankfully when I came in I was checked in quick when my car went into the bay for service Sean came to me and started explaining and breaking down to me very well on what’s wrong with the car and what services were going to be needed , he’s super polite as well ,his communication skills are very much on point shows he has knowledge on what he’s doing and he can explain to those like me who don’t know a thing about cars really .

  I go here because I am treated with respect by the manager, Bobby & the perfectly delightful woman whom WK’s there at the front desk. I found that Bobby has guaranteed his work in the past. He wants me always to leave happy and make sure that everything is completed in the right way. I have used Mavis for many tire changes due to bubbles in the tires or a nail. They’ve also fix my tires when possible. I also had alignment there. Tires rotated at no cost. Also had my windshield wipers changed out of the suggestion of Bobby. Of course I went there for my inspection as well. I found them to be so accommodating that they’ve stayed open late to accommodate me even though my situation would’ve run into them staying after their work hours. I suggest to anybody looking for tire repair , brake repair , alignment, replacement of wipers , etc. is what they do there I think it is important to be able to deal with proper type of management. Let me add. They are competitive in price and that’s also important to me and I’m sure everybody else in this day and age. If you’re looking for a place that guarantees their work with a smile on their face and keep your car clean covers your seat when they’re doing work and give you respect when you’re doing business with them this is the place for you. I have been using them a couple of yrs now I went to this Mavis after another Mavis shop was horrible As I said proper management is everything!!

  Had a great experience at Mavis Discount Tire! Came in for an oil change and everything was quick, smooth, and professional. Harry and the staff were friendly, explained everything clearly, and got me back on the road in no time. Definitely appreciate the honest service and will be coming back again!

  I came her for a tire repair on my EV vehicle. After they took in my car and made me wait 20 minutes, they told me they don’t repair tires on EV vehicles due to the foam in the tires. When I told them that they had previously, recently, repaired one of my other tires, they stated it was a new policy. They tried to pressure me into buying a new tire for $440 and said that my tire could not be repaired. I went to Hempstead Discount Tire, and they fixed my tire for way less than a new tire and they did so professionally and efficiently. I would not recommend EV vehicle owners to go to this Mavis location as they are dishonest and try to take advantage of customers.
