  I had an exceptional experience with Carl at the Enterprise Rent-A-Car location at 387 Jericho Turnpike in Floral Park. From the very beginning of my rental, Carl was professional, knowledgeable, patient, and incredibly helpful. I ended up extending my rental on three separate occasions, and every single time, Carl took the time to thoroughly explain my options, answer all of my questions, including my follow-up questions, and even repeat information when I needed clarification. I never once felt rushed or pressured. What stood out most was how comfortable and confident Carl made me feel throughout the entire process. I always felt that I was receiving accurate information and that he was genuinely trying to find the option that best fit my needs and my budget. He not only stayed within the budget I discussed with him, but actually did even better for me. I also had the opportunity to observe the way Carl interacted with the other employees at this location. He treated everyone with respect, professionalism, and courtesy. That says a great deal about a person. His positive attitude and professionalism contribute to the entire atmosphere of the location. Employees like Carl are the people a company should make every effort to recognize, reward, and retain. He went above and beyond for me throughout my rental experience, and I sincerely hope Enterprise recognizes the value he brings to this location and to the company. In my opinion, he absolutely deserves formal recognition—and a raise. Thank you, Carl, for making what could have been a stressful rental experience such an easy and positive one. Five stars without hesitation.

  This was one of the best experiences renting a vehicle I’ve ever had where some other companies like to not even pick up the call this company goes above and beyond for customer satisfaction. The guys at this specific location are amazing. They help you get in and out quick with a rental in record time. The return process is a breeze as well. Kudos to the team

  STAY AWAY FROM THIS ENTERPRISE LOCATION!!!!!! I am an Enterprise Plus member who rents cars for months. I decided to choose this location and it is the WORST! I rented a compact Nissan Sentra for 2 weeks and was charged $1600+ because they refused to adjust my weekend rental contract for 3 days which I extended for 2 weeks. The weekly rate at that time was $458 !!!! Never had any other locations given me an issue. When I picked up the car was filthy I had to tell them I would wait for them to wash it. Please save yourself a horrible experience and go somewhere else. I called corporate 3 times and no one from this location returned my calls. They DO NOT care about their customers or doing good business!!! I would never ever rent from them again.
