- ASAntonella S3 days ago1.00 stars. Had a reservation, went to pick up and they said they cancelled the reservation and gave the car we had reserved away… No solution offered, no other cars available.. awful service.
- GGgct423Oct 1, 20261.0I see positive reviews for this place. But not my experience. i had a call provided by my insurance company. Walked in and they pushed a upgrade on me. I said thats fine i dont need one, ( rather have a cpact, especially with gas a $4.35) but kept pushing it,," trust me its a free. Theyll pay for it) disregarding my wishes. even called the insurance company say i needed it. Then came the hard core oush for there insurance plan... once again i said no thanks , my insurance company picks it up. Then $ 150 hold on my card. Meanwhile the insurance company and body shop told me $50. This exactly what happen to me with no embellishment .
- MVMathu VSep 28, 20265.0Exceptional service. The process was very quick and smooth. The manager of the store Mr.Carl is extremely polite and helpful. Compared to other enterprise stores this place is the best. If I were to rent again I’ll come back here, only because of Carls.
