  The team at Northside provided first rate customer service. Once I filed my insurance claim, they handled everything with the insurance company and even arranged a rental car for me. They proactively kept me updated on the status of my car repairs. I can say enough about the great job they did start to finish.

  From the moment I walked into Northside Auto Body in Fishkill, Jack and Anna made me feel so comfortable. There were insurance delays, but they handled everything. The team repaired my car and it looked brand new inside and out! Gifts were even left for me. If you unfortunately need auto body repairs, I highly recommend Northside, you’ll be very pleased.

  I cannot recommend this shop enough! They did an amazing job on my collision repair! My car looks brand new again. On top of the exceptional repair quality, the entire staff was so friendly, welcoming, and professional from the start. They answered all my questions and kept me updated and made a stressful situation completely hassle free.

  From the first time that I walked into the office everything was handled. I gave the insurance information, set up a date for the drop off. I was notified of when the work would start, after the insurance adjuster came with that results. I was also helped with a rental in the area and dropped off. The next step was pickup of the car when the work was completed. Wow!!!, The work was fantastic!!!, it looked brand new!!!. Then the gifts came with the pickup. I am not going to tell you, you will have to go to find out. Hoping your experience will be the same. I love being in my car again, it’s like the first day I bought it. Northside Auto Body, Thank You!!! I was not paid to say this, I was given back my car!!!🚗 see for yourself!!!
