  Everyone at. Northside is fantastic — communication clear, work excellent, delivery on or before schedule. You can pick up and drop off a rental car there, too — super convenient. Love these guys — they even gave me ice cream when I was upset about a hit and run. I hope you never need them, but if you get in an accident, these are the guys to use. Trust me, they’ll make you feel better and your car look great.

  Northside was great. Came in due to accident with insurance from opposite party and they handled everything from the insurance company down to the photos. When I got the car back it looked great. The detailing the inside of my car as well with a few little treats and gifts left for me as well. Will always recommend! Every staff member was amazing

  From the moment we dropped off our SUV we were welcomed by Toni and her Team. They explained what to expect and the cost. The completed job was EXCEPTIONAL - making our car look like NEW! We were delighted to see that there was no evidence of the dent in our rear fender. A very helpful feature was that Northside coordinates with Enterprise Rental Car(at a discounted price) and a Nissan Rogue was waiting for us in Northside’s Parking Lot - you couldn’t have asked for a smoother transition! Since we only own one vehicle, we were able to easily get home & do our normal routines until our car was ready. If your car or truck needs bodywork, NORTHSIDE is the place to go!

My vehicle came back looking absolutely flawless—as if the damage had never happened. The paint matched perfectly, every detail was taken care of, and the car was returned spotless inside and out.   First time using Northside in Wappingers / Fishkill. have used Northside in Poughkeepsie a few times with great results and I was pleased to get equal service at the new location. It really was effortless. communication was good and the service was flawless.
