Two hours later, I ask if tires usually take one hour per tire, and the gentleman says "Oh we had to wait for the tires to get here." Nobody told me that. I have a doctors appointment at 2:30- hence why I scheduled the appointment for 9am! You'd be better served watching a youtube video and trying it at home, it will save you significant time and money.
