Isaac & John were extremely helpful during a very trying time for me and my family. We unfortunately had to come down for a funeral today and as we got to the church we noticed smoke coming from the wheel well. They got us in quickly and were able to tell us the issue and get it fixed same day. They even let us borrow a charger for our phones while we waited 15/10 service.

Huge shoutout to Haiden the tire tech here! He just swapped out all four tires on my car and I couldn't be happier with his work. He was incredibly skilled super efficient and clearly knows his stuff. My car feels perfect and it's all thanks to Haiden's excellent service. What a pleasant experience at the Mavis Fishkill location. The young men who assisted me were so helpful. It’s nice to have knowledgeable staff! They ruined a tire fix on brand new tires bought by firestone. I actually called the manager at firestone while at the Mavis in Fishkill, NY. Mavis did a wet repair (without plugging) and insisted that it would last the coming 60,000 miles of the tire (according to Anthony: who was on a recorded line). The management and associates at Mavis do not care about consumer safety or any type of standards towards safely. This wet repair is a temporary industry standard meant to put profit before consumer safety. Avoid this location; they didn't even fill my tire even after they said that they did.

I use to be a big hardcore Mavis supporter and this morning I am staying FAR AWAY from it or any location for that matters! My wife dropped her Honda in. They told us everything wrong, okay no problem. Tells us the hood wouldn’t open okay no problem, finds out after purchasing THEY BROKE the Button to open that said Hood!! This is not a Pull latch it is a PUSH! Why am I seeing a broken button that was obviously a push?! That’s why you couldn’t open it!! Because you broke the button to push into not pull and rip it off the wall!! So I called asking what they did, the gentleman that helped open the hatch of the hood had to fix the issue the other guy who worked her car done. Instead of offering to fix it that this guy broke they went along. I will NEVER recommend Mavis of any kind for inspections OR Oil changes. All they did was have me pay more to fix what THEY BROKE! Do not recommend on the highest count!
