Stopped here for help with my tire pressure light before a long drive and Ryan and the guys checked everything out and made sure I was good to go for my drive! I made it back safely and have had no problems since. Great customer service and very fast. Would go here again and would recommend!

I came in for an inspection and very over due oil change. I was informed I needed new tires , wipers to pass inspection. I had the pleasure of working with Isaac who helped tremendously. I would definitely recommend coming to Mavis, and will return in the future.

Do not trust this shop. They use deceptive, high-pressure sales tactics and target vulnerable drivers.
My family member brought their vehicle here for a routine brake inspection. Instead of an honest assessment, they were handed an astronomical quote for $2,000.
When we looked closely at the paperwork, we caught a massive red flag: the shop logged the vehicle's mileage as 180,000 miles when the actual odometer reading was a third of this. Despite nearly tripling the mileage on paper, they kept the outrageous $2,000 quote completely unchanged, using their own extreme mileage mistake as a biased excuse to claim the front suspension was completely shot.
They tacked an unnecessary front strut replacement onto the bill and wrote "drive at your own risk" right on the receipt. This is a classic, predatory scare tactic designed to bully someone into paying for major repairs they don't need, and they even tried to push their store credit card to finance it.
It is incredibly clear that they try to take advantage of older individuals or anyone they think won't question the paperwork. They used fear tactics to try and hit a sales quota on a car that has less than a third of the miles they claimed. Take your business to an honest, independent local mechanic who won't invent fake emergencies to scam your family.
