  Had to remove 3 stars because of my recent experience with one of your workers. And I won't be returning any time soon. Despite the professionalism of the employees and the friendliness along with the great service, I saw someone new who was relentlessly irritating. I came in for my synthetic oil change, I bring 4 cars here, and he recommended a service that is due. I didn't have the time, nor did I have an extra $400 handy, so I told him we'll have to come back. Nope. He did not understand, "no thank you not at this time". He continued on and on and I had to keep saying, "No", "but thank you". He kept rewording the same thing over and over with a smirk pushing the service on me. The car is new and I avoid the dealership because of this type of aggression. He was literally holding myself and my daughter who owns the car, hostage. Extremely uncomfortable and a bit scary. Sorry to the owner and the rest of the crew, but this is not going to happen again. Be well.

  Their work is common you can find in any other shop. There was a worker there at the desk who was sexist and had inappropriate conversations with another. Don’t support misogyny.

  Normally I go to Valvoline for oil changes all the time and are very happy with them. However, this time going for a car inspection I was very disappointment. Not only did I have an appointment that I still waited on the car line for more than an hour. When I was in the waiting room expressing my concerns to a manager, one of the regular workers started thinking he was cute and mocking the conversation. NOT professional at all. Why offer appointments if you don't honor them? There was absolutely NO communication between staff who was there for what service, who needed to get out of their car or not. Another customer, was there for an inspection and oil change, to her surprise when checking out the inspection wasn't done. It was HORRIBLE. If it helps figure out what employees were part of this; I was there Monday August 3rd at 10:45am-12:45pm

  Julio always takes care of my service visits and I can see why he is the store manger- great attitude and transparent. Angel assisted with the service visit has a great customer service skills. Wonderful team- all together!

  This location is terrible. I arrived midday for an inspection understandably they were very busy and told me to make a reservation. Made the appointment for 9 am on a Monday. I arrived at 8:58 and was told to wait in line….isnt that the opposite of what a reservation is for??? Already in line for an hour
