  The technician was great, made sure every detail was perfect, from cleaning the inside of the car, clean and straight placement of the registration and inspection stickers, to even replacing my ez pass strips. 10/10

  We had a rock/stone hit our windshield. We immediately scheduled an appointment. They contacted our insurance company so we didn't have to deal with that aspect. They really made it very easy. The staff is courteous and knowledgeable. We highly recommend this shop.

  Very nice clean place, I was told three hours and it was done in half that time, very knowledgeable and the tech did an amazing job on my 2022 Dodge Challenger car was clean when I got it back…I recommend this place and will be back should we need glass replaced on any of our vehicles! Always have used Safelite and never had an issue

  I made an apt for my windshield on my ford transit van. I made an apt for one location. And went there just to be told my apt was for another location 45 minutes away. Asked the lady to call to confirm that the glass was there and they said it was. Went to the other location was told glass was there and everything was good. Left the truck 5 hours later was called from Safelite and asked why I took the truck there when my apt and glass was at the first location that they did not have the glass there. So I had to get a ride back to the second location to pick van up and go back to first place. Just to be told that the glass was at the 2 location. I spent most of my day driving around from place to place. I will never use safelite again. The two locations were in farmingdale ny and westbury ny. The people don’t have a clue what’s going on. I can’t say enough bad things about these two places. Stay away use your local glass shop

  Brought my car here and was very disappointed with the customer service. The woman at the desk was very abrupt and rude. She told me that they would attempt to fix the crack in my windshield but by doing so it could make it worse……that’s fine only she tells me…..rudely……that if this does happen I will have to come back another day as they won’t have time to help me?????? Seriously??? I would be sent home with a completely cracked windshield !?! All the come back another day???? Ridiculous and appalling.
