  Service, professionalism, and timlines were are excellant. The technician did a great job. I was very impressed with the staff and service. Pricing was a little high but that is a corporate thing Im sure. Highly recommended.

  I was there with my aunt last week, and the young lady at the front counter, I believe her name was Josie, was incredibly helpful. She took the time to explain the entire process to us, offered us coffee and water, and made us feel very welcome. She also explained what not to do during the first 48 hours after the windshield was installed. We had no idea, and thankfully she mentioned it because we were planning to go through the car wash right afterward! Overall, it was a great experience. Josie provided excellent customer service, and we truly appreciated her kindness and professionalism

  TLDR: Overall great experience! Would recommend and would go back. Service was kind and friendly. Minor details missed that I could fix myself for the most part. I got in at my appointment time and was quickly helped. They confirmed I’d have zero owed and when the car was returned that remained the case. I was relieved there were not surprises. They also explained that my windshield wipers may not fit perfectly on the non-OEM my insurance was covering and that they could install new ones. I decided to take the risk and not get the add-on blades. I was told it could take 3-4 hours but they were done about 2 hours later. Carlos returned the keys to me and was friendly and helpful. I used their lounge area for work and it was great even for a two monitor setup. It was a quiet lobby and there are two open but separate areas for more privacy. They also let me hang out while i finished meetings which was nice. The windshield looked great! No issues on that side or with my wiper blades. I’ll update if that changes. Only detail missed was pieces of rubber left on my dash. But there was a nice smell left in my car which was a nice add on. Update: Added photos. I had to adjust the weather strips on both sides but was a minor/quick adjustment.

  Safelite never arrived to replace my windshield but that didn’t stop them from creating a work order for my insurance company that claimed they did. They never attempted to contact me on the day of my appointment and cost me a days pay. I had to spend time straightening their mess out with my insurance company and now I’m having the windshield replaced at my local Mr. Glass which is where I usually go. Gave safelite a chance and they blew it.

  If I could give them zero stars I would. I got my windshield chipped and cracked so I decided to replace it here at Safelite through my insurance. Before making the appointment I asked them over the phone if they would install the original factory glass (OEM) and they assured me they would. I adjusted my work schedule and waited a week and a half for the appointment. It’s my mistake that I couldn’t check after installation and I left. Later I noticed that it’s a cheap and generic Chinese aftermarket glass worth barely around $150-$200 and they billed my insurance a whopping $1200 for this cheap product even though the OEM glass is worth around $500-$600. They lie straight to your face just to get the insurance payout. Absolutely pathetic service. Do not trust their words!
