Sed at the front desk was super helpful! Very sincere and sweet. I came in originally for an oil change and was in and out of there for about 30 minutes! Accommodating staff and even offered the remove to switch channels as i was waiting in the lobby!

Had a wonderful experience at the Mavis at 141 Route 110 (Broadhollow Rd,). Came in for an inspection. Charlie gave excellent customer service. I had about an hour wait with 2ppl ahead but by the time I went to the car wash & came back they took my car in immediately & I was out before I finished my iced coffee. Will definitely come again to this location.

I had an okay experience, the staff were accommodating, but I would recommend looking at their price match policy very closely and ensuring you don’t get side swiped on technicalities that they don’t state outright. They don’t price match from tire rack (even though their flyer doesn’t state that), fair, but they also gave me a hard time on a Pep Boys installation fee which was lowers than theirs. So stand firm before you finalize the deal as they don’t like to be called out on what they advertise (in store). If you’re going to price match, then price match or at least put the details in righting where a customer can see it.
