  Based on a recommendation from a friend, I worked with Macey to secure a Chrysler Pacifica with the "Stow and Go" seating to bring my son back to college in SC. Everything worked out perfect; Macey and the staff were extremely professional and made the rental experience very pleasant. Thank you!

  Got the SUV needed for my long trip for 2 weeks. Maci was exceptional on getting what I needed. All the girls in there are great,friendly and attentive

  Rented two cars, one of which had an issue with the passenger seat that caused passengers to sit in an unnatural leaning forward position. Went to exchange it for a functional car. They agreed and exchanged the car and charged me an upgrade fee. I called to attempt to refund the difference between agreed amount and upgrade fee, they agreed and never refunded. I have called 11 times to resolve this and they continue saying they will send me the receipt for the refund and never do. It is a scammy operation and an unresolved issue for a super simple problem.

  My experience today was outstanding, and I wanted to make sure I recognized Yusra and the entire team. Yusra was friendly, professional, patient, and incredibly helpful from beginning to end. She listened to what I wanted in a rental vehicle and worked hard to find the closest match available. I never felt rushed, and she made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. What also stood out was the teamwork. The staff continuously supported one another so Yusra wasn't running back and forth trying to do everything herself. That level of cooperation made the whole office feel organized, positive, and customer-focused. As a customer, you notice when employees enjoy working together, and it creates confidence that you're in good hands. Please recognize Yusra for the excellent service she provided. She's a wonderful representative of Enterprise, and the entire team made this one of the best rental experiences I've had.
