  I had to come here multiple times this past Winter and Spring to pick up cars for work. The staff here were attentive and helpful in ensuring that I get good quality cars to use for my work travels. They were also prompt in ensuring that I get pick up and drop off services as soon as possible, considering that I take the train to get to Long Island and back home. Huge shoutout to Maci and Jean for making this Enterprise a comfortable to spot to get rental cars. Would definitely rent from again.

  Rented a large SUV for a trip to Mass due to regular car needing service. I usually rent from the Avis in the hicksville mall, 5-6 rentals in the past year, always new cars Car i received from enterprise had over 70K miles on it, well past its time as a reliable rental. Well as you would guess halfway to Massachusetts a check engine light comes on. I got to my location, called enterprise and was told i had to go to their location 15 minutes away and get a new car, so i had to waste at least an hour more of my time on their issues. The phone rep told me they had a car for me, and i asked if he could verify that before sending me there, the guy hung up after his constant reply that their will be cars there, guess what? No similar car to what i rented (a Large SUV) Luckily there was a minivan, a different class and not what the phone rep assured me they had, so after 2 hours i had a new car and can finally enjoy my trip, i gladly took the minivan, I tried to get in and out as fast as possible to get back with my family The staff at both locations, farmingdale and fitchberg were great, this review isnt about either location more so the corporate parent It takes 5 minutes or less for your phone rep to call ahead and have a car waiting for me, or not send me if there are no cars, wasting my time will forever lose my business. The farmingdale location offered to upgrade me next time, i dont need an upgrade it was a nice gesture i guess, they did take care of the gas, and adjusted my rate to match the cost of the minivan so at least the pricing side is fair. i rent the car i want, ideally i want a reliable newer car, enterprise cant seem to deliver that, in fitchberg my choice was between two minivans one with 35K miles and one with 2400, i took the 2400 one, the rep wasnt happy about losing his new car but who wants to pay $100 a day to drive a beat up car?

  Extremely kind and professional staff. Highly recommend this location. Pickup was fast and parking was lovely.
