  Even though we no longer live here when I am back in town I get all of my services at Monro. Kevin and crew always take the extra time to make sure that everything works.

  This was at the shop on Rt. 31 Fairport. I had an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. When I arrived no one else was in the waiting area, the front guy said “oh boy we’re over booked”. I said “I have an appointment, I came down here and want my car serviced”. I sat down and waited. There were 3 tech working on cars in the garage for a later pick up. No one stopped what they were doing to take my car. After 25 minutes I asked the front guy when my car would get worked on. He went into the garage area, who knows what he did or didn’t say and came back to the front. Another 10 minutes go by, still nothing. I went back up and said “if you can get someone to do the tire rotation I’ll take it to valvoline for the oil change, I really need my tires rotated”…he says let me see what I can do. He goes back out to speak to the techs comes back after a bit and tells me he can’t fit my car in. I was livid, I wasted almost an hour sitting there, and had an appointment. I believe the 3 techs refused to stop working on the cars that would be picked up later to get my car serviced. This is unacceptable behavior and those techs deserve to be fired!

  I took my son's car to be serviced for brakes, and once again received great fast and courteous service from Monro Auto!

  From start to finish, this was a great experience! I already had an appointment for my breaks scheduled with my mechanic, but they couldn't get me in for 3 weeks. On Monday, my brakes started making a loud scraping noise. I decided to try Monroe Auto to see if they could get me in sooner, to which Kevin said he could get it done that day. Needless to say, I was thrilled! Kevin discussed pricing, was very personable and professional. He called to discuss their findings as well as how much the work to be done would cost before starting any of the work. I found his quote to be reasonable for the work being done. I appreciate the great customer service and professionalism received from Monroe Auto at the Pittsford Palmyra Rd location!
