  I came in today to get a new battery for my car and the employee was very helpful, however, later on that day I came back to bring in my old battery and see if I could get a replacement bolt for the hold down bar, the woman that helped me was also very friendly and only couldn’t help because I didn’t know what length I needed so I came back with a bolt that was the same size as what I was looking for. A younger gentleman found some for me, when an old dude with a beer gut stepped in and asked them what was looking for, the woman explained, and then he took what the younger guy had brought out back, then came back with nuts. I told him I needed the bolt but each time I explained what I needed he would bring the wrong thing and start talking down to me as if I had no clue what I was asking for, not sure if it’s because I’m a woman and he thinks I don’t know what a bolt is, but he finally brought back what the first gentleman had originally brought out, rung it in, and tossed it across the counter at me. Had I not already been back and forth and didn’t feel like making another trip, I would’ve just left and gone somewhere else. One would think a man of his advanced age would have some experience in decent costumer service and human interaction but clearly he could learn several things from the younger employees.

  Ran into AutoZone today after a dashboard light popped on while driving through Evans Mills. The staff was knowledgeable and took time to explain what might be going on without pushing unnecessary purchases. It was busy, so I waited a few minutes for help, but once assisted, everything moved smoothly. Afterward, I headed to NNY Massage for Thai Yoga Bodywork, which turned a stressful errand into a great day. The session focused on releasing tension in my neck and lower back, leaving me calm and restored.

  I want to give a shout out and apology to the younger gentleman with glasses that helped me tonight. My husband snapped my wiper blade, so I came in for a new one, all 5 kids in tow. I'm so used to buying parts for my husband's car that I looked up HIS blades.... not mine. I asked for help putting it on because I remember it being a pain. This man went back inside like 3 times to find a blade that fits because I already loaded the kids back up into the car. It wasn't until later that I realized I had him trying to put the wrong sized blade on. So I'm very sorry and very appreciative to him for sticking with me until it was resolved, especially with how cold it was.

  Only thing that keeps me going back is the younger gen working there that actually want to help. The older store manager has 0 customer service skills and love to call you stupid with his snide remarks.
